Gordon Ramsay visits a family-run Italian restaurant in Babylon, NY that's being run into the ground by Peter, the hot-tempered manger and co-owner.

2. Dillon's
Chef Gordon Ramsay is hitting the big city in an attempt to revamp an Indian restaurant called Dillon's and make it one of the hottest venues in town. Ironically Dillon's is located right near Chef Gordon Ramsay's own restaurant.

3. The Mixing Bowl
Ramsay takes a trip to The Mixing Bowl, a small restaurant in Bellmore, NY. He looks to turn around this restaurant which has inexperienced staff and special discounts as the restaurants specialty.

4. Seascape
Chef Gordon Ramsay visits Seascape, a mother and son run restaurant located in Islip, NY. Ramsay must work together with a hard-headed chef, along with an inexperienced owner, to make some much needed changes to bring the customers back and to save the mother and son relationship.

5. Olde Stone Mill
Chef Gordon Ramsay takes on the challenge of helping Dean and his wife out by attempting to turn around the Olde Stone Mill restaurant located in Tuckahoe, New York. The restaurant has been renovated in the front of the house, but not in the kitchen when it comes to the horrible food.

6. Sebastian's
Sebastian's has 20, ah, 21, maybe 23 unique failure combinations, and terrible pizza. Can Ramsay get through Chef Sebastian Di Modica thick skull or is the final combination of closure unavoidable?

Chef Ramsay helps a family in the Hamptons with their pub, Finn McCools. Retired cop Buddy, fights with sons Jason and Brian, both of whom work for their father. Can Chef Ramsay work his magic on this family owned business before it goes belly up?

Chef Ramsay tries to rev up business for Lela's, an upscale restaurant in desperate need of clientele. When Gordon gets in the kitchen and starts criticizing the menu items, the executive chef is less than thrilled and they have a showdown in front of the entire staff. Find out if the changes stick and if owner Lela will withstand this type of behaviour in her restaurant.

Chef Ramsay visits Campania, an Italian restaurant in Fair Lawn, N.J. He discovers a lackadaisical wait staff is hurting business.

10. Secret Garden
Gordon goes to Moorpark, CA to assist an obstinate French chef in overcoming an empty restaurant with an off-putting decor.

11. Revisited: Gordon Returns
Chef Gordon Ramsay wants to see if all of his hard work paid off, when he returns to check up on six of the failing restaurants he helped turn around.

12. Handlebar
Chef Ramsay heads to Mount Sinai, NY, and the Handlebar Restaurant & Lounge, which the owners seem oblivious to the 1880's decor and the head chef's apathy.

13. Giuseppi's
Chef Ramsay visits Giuseppi's Italian restaurant in Macomb Township, Mich., and discovers an abundance of bickering from the father-son team that runs the kitchen and a shortage of patrons.

14. Trobiano's
Chef Gordan Ramsey visits an Italian restaurant in Great Neck, New York, that is a half-million dollars in debt, but a confrontation over kitchen cleanliness and the food between Ramsey and the owner leaves the future of the eatery uncertain.

15. Black Pearl
Chef Gordon Ramsey visits a seafood restaurant in New York where three different owners run the kitchen, leading to a lack of consistency in food and service, and one of the owners is a "know-it-all," challenging each of Ramsey's changes.

16. J Willy's
Chef Ramsey heads to South Bend, Ind., and J Willy's Bar & Grille, a business has lost $1.2 million. He gives them a challenge of using fresh ingredients, but the inexperienced chefs become overwhelmed, causing one customer to break down and cry.

17. Hannah & Mason's
Chef Ramsey heads to Cranbury, NJ, to visit a French bistro named Hannah & Mason, owned by a pair of friends who lack both business experience and motivation. The staff are holding bounced paychecks, but that isn't as bad as what chef Ramsey finds inside the cooler which causes the place to be shut down on Valentine's Day.

18. Jack's Waterfront
Chef Ramsey heads to St. Clair Shores, Michigan, to visit Jack's Waterfront, which is suffering from a lack of fresh seafood and an inattentive management. Chef's goal is to make this eatery a year-round money maker, but the general manager's excessive socializing with his patrons may put a roadblock in this plan.

19. Sabatiello's
Chef Ramsey visits Stamford, Conn. and Sabatiello's, an Italian restaurant which is owned by a hot-tempered and has poor customer service. His staff has turned against the owner and Ramsey's offer of criticism, that he decides he will shut the place down himself.

20. Fiesta Sunrise
Chef Ramsey heads to West Nyack, N.Y. and the Fiesta Sunrise, a Mexican restaurant, and meets up with a stubborn owner who seems to be ruining his own business. Ramsey gives the place an inspection and shuts the place down, declaring it is unsanitary.

21. Sante La Brea
Chef Ramsay comes back to Sante La Brea and Giuseppi's to see if they have improved or not. He also takes a look at some of his noteworthy kitchen fights over that time.

22. Cafe 36
Chef Ramsey visits a French-American eatery in La Grange, Illinois, named Cafe 36. The owners have very little experience in running a restaurant and need a hand with their shortage of customers and the head chef, who doesn't practice quality control.

Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares
Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares is a television programme featuring British celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay. The BAFTA and Emmy Award-winning programme debuted on Channel 4 in 2004. In each episode, Ramsay visits a failing restaurant and acts as a troubleshooter to help improve the establishment in just one week. Ramsay revisits the restaurant a few months later to see how business has fared in his absence. Episodes from series one and two have been re-edited with additional new material as Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares Revisited; they featured Ramsay checking up on restaurants a year or more after he attended to them. In October 2009 Ramsay announced that after his four-year contract expired in 2011 he would not continue with Kitchen Nightmares and would instead work on his other shows.
