Kazama Kimichika is a calm yet strict instructor at a police academy. He watches over his students from various backgrounds that joins the academy with their own reasons. How will he deal with them?

1. Who is He?

Because of Uematsu Sadayuki's absence due to sickness, Kazama Kimichika assumes his responsibilities as an instructor in the police academy. From Hirata Kazumichi to Kusumoto Shinobu, he watches his students closely and handles things in a unique way.

2. Investigating the Past

As Kazama continues to watch his students closely, secrets are uncovered. Many students also withdraws from the academy. Meanwhile, Tsuzuki is investigating Kazama's past. The students are given a final assessment, which will determine if they could graduate from the academy.
