Eleuterio Huanca is Pucarani's drunkard. Gumercindo brings a racing bicycle from abroad and sells it to the Choque family and the Huanca family. So that both families do not end up fighting, the village priest calls for a women-only cycling race so that the family that wins will be the champion family and will keep the bicycle. Pucarani will no longer be the same town when Remedios Huanca arrives, a chola who hides Eleuterio Huanca himself inside.
