To Fund Their War Efforts The Nazi Party Had To Find A Way To Reallocate Funds. Food Was Rationed And Could Only Be Purchased In Limited Quantities But It Came At The Expense Of The Occupied Lands. It Was Clear That These Efforts Were Feeding A Genocidal Obsession.
