1. Episode 1
Spirited photographer Frankie returns home from America for the funeral of a beloved aunt, but her reappearance throws the lives of her friends and former lovers into disarray.
2. Episode 2
Emotions run high for Frankie at her beloved aunt Carol's funeral, and things get worse when her uncle Cameron treats her like an outsider. Meanwhile, an encounter with a teenage thief gives Cat a second chance to woo Sam at the police station, and Tess tries to coax Lou out of the closet by inviting her to dinner.
3. Episode 3
Frankie visits the registrar's office to solve the mysteries of her past, but she gets more than she bargained for when she takes a closer look at her parents' death certificates. Cat does her best to make sure she and Sam continue to enjoy their relationship's honeymoon period, a flirtatious encounter at work ends in disaster for Jay, and Tess gets a shock when she decides to pay Lou a surprise visit.
4. Episode 4
After moving into an up-market flat together, Tess explores the world of internet dating, and Frankie embarks on a self-destructive binge that lands her on the wrong side of the law. Meanwhile, Cat tries to make up for her lies by introducing Sam to her parents.
5. Episode 5
Tess's 30th birthday is approaching and she's desperate to ignore it, but her friends have other ideas. As Ed organises her surprise party his desire to tell her his true feelings reaches fever pitch, but could their friendship survive if Tess knew the truth? A work assignment brings Frankie and Cat closer together as they take a walk down memory lane, but as their feelings grow deeper a shocking revelation drives Cat back into Sam's arms.
6. Episode 6
Frankie is left reeling when she finally discovers the truth about her childhood. Cat makes a big choice about her future with Sam but her decision is put to the test when she discovers that Frankie is planning to leave town for good. Things start to look up for Tess when she gets an audition, only for a broken lift to throw her chance into jeopardy.
