2. Shacking Up
Living off-grid gets real for the city slickers. Charlie pushes Jen to prove her commitment to living on the mountain in a shack, Spence struggles with jealousy over Lyndsay’s past relationships, and Josh and Angela turn the heat up in the desert.
3. Redneck Playboy Mansion
The couples’ relationships are tested by their first true obstacles in the wild. Josh and Angela confront a deadly animal, Spence teaches Lyndsay to catch her own food, and Joe and Myesha take steps towards starting their polyamorous homestead.
4. Three's a Throuple
Myesha and Joe welcome another woman onto their homestead. A midnight visit from a mountain predator forces Jen to learn to defend herself. Josh and Angela’s trip to a bar in town causes tension between them. Lyndsay goes behind Spence’s back.

Myesha and Joe navigate their polyamorous relationship after a failed attempt at being a throuple. Jen is terrified to confront her biggest fear. Lyndsay’s uncomfortable with Spence’s idea of intimacy. Josh and Angela hit a breaking point.

Each couple continues to navigate their relationship off the grid. Jen reaches a major decision about moving to the mountain, Lyndsay’s fear becomes a reality, Myesha wakes up to a surprise, and Josh and Angela hash out the future of their relationship.
