1. Un Fantasma Que Resucita
A punto de ser embargado, Jerónimo Lynch, dueño de la Funeraria Lynch, acepta la oferta de Isabel: un millón a cambio de fingir su muerte. Es el inicio de un nuevo negocio: fingir la muerte de personas que buscan una segunda oportunidad.
2. Lanzándose al agua
La Funeraria Lynch tiene un nuevo cliente, Emilio, quien desea escapar a su monótono matrimonio y a su obsesiva amante. Lynch, Isabel y Javier planean el falso suicidio. Pero Angela espera demostrar que su marido está vivo.
3. Llorando sobre la leche derramada
Isabel visita a su exsuegro en el geriátrico y lo convence de que la manera de cobrar un seguro de vida para su hija y su nieta es fingir su muerte. Al plan se integra un médico forense. Angela no pierde la esperanza de encontrar vivo a su esposo.
4. La Causa
Mientras Jerónimo trata de terminar con el negocio, debe fingir el funeral de Eduardo Zuñiga, un abogado de derechos humanos amenazado de muerte por su última investigación. Mientras Leo se entera de los negocios de su padre, Zuñiga es asesinado.
5. Un Cambio Violento
Tras el asesinato de Zuñiga, surge un nuevo cliente, Violent, un reconocido novelista travesti. Para Jerónimo es una doble oportunidad: honrar la memoria de Zuñiga y trabajar junto a su hijo. Por otra parte, Emilio Triana regresa para chantajearlos.
6. San Valentín ha muerto
Los Lynch tratan de convencer a Emilio de que no vuelva, pero él se convenció de que no puede vivir sin su esposa y quiere que lo ayuden a reconquistarla. Cuando se da cuenta de que ella ya lo olvidó, huye con el dinero del cartel del ataúd.
7. Madre no hay sino dos
Tras el robo, Javier propone recuperar las ganancias fingiendo la muerte de Sandrine, una mujer maltratada, que no puede huir de su marido por temor a perder a su hijo. Pero Lynch se entera de que es la esposa de un peligroso narcotraficante.
8. No lo tomes personal
El narco regresa para obligar a los Lynch a abrir una ''nueva línea de negocio'': transportar droga dentro de los cadáveres. Pero deciden avisar a la policía dónde se encuentra la droga. Después de 14 años la pasión se apodera de Jerónimo y Mariana.
9. Alguien Muere La víspera
La llegada de la esposa de Javier y de su hija complica la convivencia en la Funeraria. Lynch se enfrenta a los narcotraficantes y el funeral de una nueva clienta termina en tragedia cuando los narcos tirotean al coronel Fernández y Leo desaparece.
10. Apuestas de Familia
Jerónimo está seguro de que Leo fue secuestrado por el narcotraficante George González y decide enfrentarlo. Por su parte, Javier y Ximena deciden ayudar a tres integrantes de un equipo de fútbol que vendieron los partidos a unos apostadores.
11. Hasta la Vista, Baby
La investigación avanza y todo compromete a Sanz, quien le pide ayuda a Amalia para fingir su muerte. La Mayor Angela presume que la desaparición de los cadáveres de la morgue puede estar ligada a la supuesta muerte de su esposo.
12. Pagando saldos
Leo le pide ayuda a Muñoz para blanquear el dinero del cartel del ataúd a cambio de simular su muerte. La Mayor Angela descubre que Jerónimo Lynch está implicado en el falso entierro de la mujer y del hijo del narcotraficante, y ordena capturarlo.
13. Un final casi feliz
Las pruebas de la Mayor Angela en contra de Jerónimo son contundentes. Isabel regresa para rescatarlo con ayuda de Javier, Ximena y Leo. El plan resulta un éxito, pero a Jerónimo y a Isabel les queda todavía un último enfrentamiento con la policía.
