Ryuushi Shiratori is a young artist-in-training, about to start studying at a vocational school. Arriving at his new lodgings he finds himself the focus of attention for the collection of weirdos that inhabit the place. He also meets and falls for the landlady, Kozue Aoba, who seems to be both lovely and charming. However, Kozue is not what she seems to be... in fact, she's more.

Ryuushi Shiratori arrives at the Narutaki boarding house, where he'll be living while in school. The manager is a beautiful girl still in high school. But as soon as he starts meeting the other residents, he wonders if he made a mistake...

1. Welcome to Narutaki Apartment
Ryuushi Shiratori is set to begin school at a nearby vocational college, and has a new home in a boarding house owned by relatives. But there's something strange about the other residents at Narutakisou...

2. Ooya-san's Secret
Even Kozue Aoba, the beautiful manager of Narutakisou, has a quirk like the rest of the residents — one she isn't even aware of. Can Ryuushi have a normal romance with such an abnormal girl?

3. Important Place
Things are getting more interesting as Ryuushi is introduced to another "resident" of Narutaki Apartments. Can he handle watching Nanako-chan for the afternoon? Ryuushi's welcome party gets a second take.

4. Snugly
Ryuushi runs into Kozue and Tamami downtown after class. He accompanies them on a shopping trip where a small communication error might mean a big misunderstanding.

5. Negative Positive
Asami tries to keep the Kurosaki family's finances balanced, despite her mom Sayoko's lethargic lifestyle. Ryuushi lends a hand, while his own work falls behind.

6. Tama Check
Ryuushi is exhausted with recent events, but there's no resting as this time it's Tamami who needs his help. An errand at her school allows for a new understanding of each other.

A building-wide game at Narutakisou gives Ryuushi a chance to ban partying in his room and reclaim some sanity, but the results aren't the prize he was expecting.

The possibility of his outing with Kozue being a date has riled up Ryuushi's nerves, but an unexpected appearance by Saki changes things. Or does it?

An early-morning prank by Megumi and Tamami triggers a series of events that bring a visitor to Narutakisou that no one was expecting. Chiyuri Midorikawa surfaces!

Curious about Ryuushi's home life, his friends at the vocational school invite themselves over to work on a drawing assignment together. But will they get more than they were expecting when they meet all the residents of Narutakisou?

When the last term ended, Ryuushi was tasked to make a children's book during summer break. Now his time is about up. His Narutakisou neighbors give some inspiration, but something happens with Kozue...

Another personality has emerged. One so mysterious even the other residents know nothing -- as she wont interact with them. But there's certainly something magical about this shy girl.
16. Flood of Customers
A sudden home visit from Ryuushi's drawing instructor with his classmates in tow, Asami's school friends, and even a few surprise guests make for a full house at Narutakisou.
17. Color of the Sky
The Occult Research Lab president tries to recruit Kozue, who says she'll join since Tamami is a member. Tamami reminiscences about her grade-school days and how she became friends with Kozue.
18. Meow Meow Meow
Lost kittens wander into Narutakisou one Sunday morning. With the other residents gone on errands, It's Kozue and Ryuushi who deal with their mischief, along with a few others...
19. Everyone's Day
In the span of a day we see the lives of different residents of Narutakisou, as Ryuushi ponders how a person has different sides they show different people.
20. School Festival
The Narutakisou gang goes as a group to the cultural festival at Kozue and Nanami's high school, and it's a day filled with surprises.
21. Parent and Child
The Kurosakis are suddenly kidnapped from Narutakisou right in front of the other residents! The culprit is the blonde girl they have seen a couple times before, and she says she is taking them "home".
22. Important Affair...
Sayoko comes to a reconciliation on the past with her parents, and they learn what really matters to her in the present. The Kurosakis are back home again.
23. Among the Red Leaves
Narutakisou's residents have a group outing to enjoy the autumn colors. After a day of food and fun they head back, exhausted. Kozue becomes melancholy imagining a day when they will all part ways.
24. Bells
Changes are brewing with the residents at Narutakisou. After a scare with Ryuushi getting in an accident, someone important has disappeared. Can the gang bring them back?
25. The Night of Revelation
The Narutakisou residents are puzzled on how to bring Kozue back. Johnny offers insight into her other personalities. Tamami accepts she's lost the fight for Kozue's heart.

26. Heartful Days
Ryuushi debuts his book in a confusing story time with personalities swapping without notice, but his and the other residents' feelings come through and Kozue awakens. A birthday party for five with all their friends follows.
