2002. Carlos Carrascosa finds his wife María Marta unconscious. Doctors and relatives appear on the scene, which is initially ruled an accident.

3. The García Belsunce Horror Show

2002. Prosecutor Del Río is pressured to investigate. The family takes aim at a neighbor. New forensic analyses are made, and the murder of Maria Marta becomes headlines. In 2011, Belu and Juana go after the DNA of Centeno's wife.

4. Blood Ties

2003. There is friction between Carlos Carrascosa and María Marta's father. Carlos is sent to jail in pretrial detention. A pressured Del Rio takes aim at Carrascosa and his family. In 2011, Carrascosa recovers, and Belu gets a DNA sample.

5. Deprived of Liberty

2003. The family goes against Centeno. In 2011, the trial for concealment of the family takes place, and several people are convicted and arrested. Irene Hurtig faces the press while Belu and Juana investigate Centeno's lawyer.

6. Good Neighbours

2013. Belu and Juana follow the clues against Centeno. A frail Carrascosa must be hospitalized. Bártoli has cancer, Carrascosa visits him and they both say goodbye. Centeno is arrested and Carrascosa serves house arrest.

7. Prosecutor on Duty

2003. Del Rio receives more pressure to blame the family. In 2013, Belu and Juana review the file. In 2015 the prosecutors of the case change, Bártoli dies, Carrascosa’s house arrest is lifted and Centeno is released.

8. He is Presumed Guilty

Carrascosa, now free, seeks to clean up his image. Belu has a new theory and so do the prosecutors. Centeno sustains his innocence, but later he is imprisoned again for robbery. Carrascosa sells the house and thanks Belu and Juana.
