In the days long past, a girl sought to make the world a better place. She was a witch, and a virgin. The world she is about to weave has begun.
2. Against the World
Warring continues, and Maria decides to enlist new help, but her actions to help dissolve conflict have now attracted attention from the heavens.
3. By Faith, Not Arms
By Michael's words, Maria will lose her powers upon losing her virginity. With Ezekiel now in watch, a new figure decides to approach Maria.
4. Remember to Die
A new witch appears in front of Maria, imparting a different view onto her situation. Meanwhile, Ezekiel ponders over Maria and her actions.
5. Courage, Prudence.
While Bernard works on his agenda, Joseph consults Maria in concern for Galfa's well-being. This brings more thoughts to Maria of her actions.
6. Under the Rose
Joseph is tasked to convince Maria to stay out of an important battle that may bring an end to the war, but when she finds that he and Anna's father are involved, she decides to intervene nonetheless, with tragic consequences.
7. War Feeds on War
Despite ordered by Michael to kill Maria should she uses her magic in front of the people again, Ezekiel barely avoids to fatally wound her instead. Meanwhile, Galfa, who lost an arm during the battle, blames Maria for it and swears revenge on her, assisted by the church who views her as a hindrance.
8. Man is a Wolf to Man
Despite not fully healed, Maria returns home just to find that she is being blamed for the French defeat in the last battle and the sudden worsening of Martha's condition. Meanwhile, Brother Bernard conspires to bring her down.
9. With a Grain of Salt
Maria loses her magic and is captured for her inquisition. While Joseph and the others plan for her rescue, Bernard approaches Maria with interest.
10. I Hate and I Love
Maria’s friends go all out to save her before she is sentenced. Meanwhile, Joseph’s return to battle leads to an encounter with Galfa.
11. If You Wish to Be Loved, Love
Joseph and Galfa face each other in a bitter duel. Maria finally arrives on scene and what follows is something not even she could have expected.
12. Love Conquers All
Amid a tense showdown against Archangel Michael, the final judgment of Maria’s actions is passed and her ultimate fate revealed.
