Master of Photography
Sky Arts hosts a competition like no other to find the best European amateur or professional photographic talent. An eight-week, eight-episode trial in which finalists must convince a jury of world-famous photographers and experts of their creativity, instinct and versatility,to become the first Master of Photography. The winner will receive €150,000; a show; and a catalogue.

1. The Beauty of Rome
Actress Isabella Rossellini hosts as Sky Arts launches a life-changing competition to find Europe's best photographer.
2. Berlin Nightlife
The contestants are flown into Berlin, where they are challenged to tell a story with three nighttime photos. Acclaimed photographer Bruce Gilden mentors.
3. The Body
The contestants arrive in Rome, where they are challenged to take pictures of the human body. Finnish photographer Elina Brotherus mentors.
4. Celebrity Portrait
The contestants are challenged to capture the portrait of Reservoir Dogs actor Michael Madsen, before meeting with renowned photographer Jason Bell.
5. London Backstage
The contestants go backstage at a London show to capture its life and soul on camera, before renowned photographer Lois Greenfield analyses their shots.
6. Irish Landscape
In Ireland, the contestants attempt to capture the beauty of Kerry County's landscape with the help of renowned Italian photographer Franco Fontana.
7. Home Sweet Home
The photographers return home as they are challenged to capture themselves, their families and their roots. Johnny Briggs assists them back in the studio.
