Lazlo leaves the babies in the care of their nasty new next-door neighbor, retired Marine Leslie Grisbaum.
2. Attack of the Cownibals
Alien cows have come to Earth to feast on the planet's own cows, causing a global milk shortage. It's up to the babies to put a stop to their plans.
3. Molar Attack
A teething Meg goes on a destructive rampage through the city, looking for something to soothe her painful, aching gums.
4. The Boy in the Drastic Bubble
A trouble-making sprite named Milo pops out of the bathtub with plans to take over the orphanage.
5. Chicken Pox Outbreak
Derrick escapes the orphanage in order to avoid his immunization shot, and ends up infecting the city with a mega strain of chicken pox.
6. Don't Let the Bed Bugs Bite
A restless Meg rips off her mattress tag, releasing a swarm of mutant bed bugs all over the city. Once the babies get the idea that the bugs have swallowed Lazlo, they fly into bug-squishing action!
7. Adoption D-Day
Meg gets adopted by a husband and wife… who just so happen to be aliens from the planet Myanus, a balloon community that lives off farts.
8. Crustacean Frustration
Out at a local seafood restaurant, Derrick gets an allergic reaction to shellfish, causing him to morph into different sea creatures every time he burps.
9. The In Breed
A visit to the world’s largest ball of string takes an unexpected turn when the babies get taken by a family of hillbillies.
10. Destructive Nature
A camp-out in the forest turns into a tree-shaking search when Meg loses her teddy bear Stitchy.
11. The Island of Dr. Thoreau
While stranded on an island filled with hideous, mutated creatures, Lazlo gets kidnapped by a mad scientist. It's the Mega Babies to the rescue!
12. Journey to the Center of the Sewer
The babies fighting over their Sloppy Meal prize at Barfburger ends with Buck accidentally flushing Meg and Derrick down the toilet. There, they find the restaurant's CEO bent on world domination.
13. Inner Ear Inferno
When Derrick gets a nasty ear infection, Lazlo shrinks Meg and Buck down to find the cause and give it a good cleaning.
14. Lost Freeway
On their way to claim a prize at Druckey's Diner, Lazlo and the babies get lost on a mysterious freeway, where the freakiest and creepiest reside.
15. Dr. Franken-Buck
Lazlo creates a formula for cookies that supercharge the brain. When Buck ends up eating one of her cookies, he becomes a genius and eventually takes over the world.

The trio faces off against alien babies in an intergalactic game show.

A trip to the swimming pool turns hectic when a sentient pinkeye virus named Wink joins in and creates a mutant army intent on conquering the city.

Santa Claus is kidnapped by an evil alien planning to take over and put an end to Christmas. And the Perfect Angels Orphanage is his first stop.

The babies face off against a trio of aliens robbing the bank for three of the rarest coins in the world.

The babies get dropped off at a fancy daycare, where their disgusting antics drive the teacher off the wall!

Buck wreaks havoc all over the city with his sleepwalking. When he ends up stumbling into a wrestling arena, it's up to Meg and Derrick to save him.

Derrick unknowingly destroys the planet of a race of alien bees, leading to an all-out invasion that the babies must put an end to.
