Tim Mälzer will be looking for the ultimate character chef of tomorrow who stands out from the crowd in "Mälzer's Master Class". He takes a hand-picked selection of 12 gastro professionals, trained chefs and talented self-taught people under his wing as a mentor and coach. His goal: to find someone who will create memorable and remarkable plates. It encourages you to develop and perfect your personal culinary signature and make your own taste unmistakable. Whoever does this most impressively will win the master class in the end.

1. Episode 1

12 hand-picked talents compete in Tim Mälzer's most personal cooking project to win €50,000, mentorship, and a duel at Kitchen Impossible. An incident causes an uproar.

2. Episode 2

Tim becomes emotional as his mentor Gennaro Contaldo enters the master class. With passion, Gennaro demonstrates how beauty emerges from simplicity. An unexpected decision after tasting causes a stir and emotions.

3. Episode 3

Tim and his cooks visit Hamburg's best fish suppliers for inspiration for the "Sexy Fish!" challenge to collect.

4. Episode 4

Jan Hartwig and Andreas Caminada present creative vegetable cuisine and transform German classics into fine dining. Participants must demonstrate their skills as Tim looks for bold and surprising approaches.

5. Episode 5

Lucki Maurer brings his philosophy of sustainable meat processing closer to the master class and calls for a braised dish with a personal touch. In the "Second Chance" participants must create Umami without meat.

6. Final

In the finale of "Bullerei," four chefs present dishes that reflect their personalities. Three of them reach the final showdown to win 50,000 EUR, Tim's mentorship and a duel at Kitchen Impossible.
