The Matsuno brothers, stars of "Osomatsu-kun", are jaded 20-somethings looking for a job and love, but never seem to find it or make an effort to. How can they compete with everyone else in the country? Featured alongside these tales of adult woe are stories of imagination, from a murder mystery to the Sengoku era.

The Matsuno brothers try to adapt their show to contemporary times, with mixed results.

2. Let's Get a Job/The Melancholy of Osomatsu-kun
The Matsuno brothers struggle to find employment. Later, Osomatsu tries to take an interest in his brothers' lives but winds up being a nuisance to them.

3. Tidbits Collection
A collection of unrelated shorts starring the wild and wacky cast of Osomatsu-san. A trip to outer space ends in disaster, the Pachinko Police are called in, and a familiar-looking puppet serial killer who can't seem to find the right sextuplet for his reverse-beartrap are among the skits featured.

4. Let's Get Independent/This is Totoko
The Matsuno brothers compete to ensure their divorcing parents will care of each of them. Meanwhile, Totoko asks the brothers for help in a crisis.

5. The Karamatsu Incident/ESP Kitty
Karamatsu gets kidnapped, but his brothers don't do anything. Later, a cat gets to speak and read minds, which causes mayhem for the Matsuno brothers.

6. It's a Birthday Party, Dajo/Iyami's Great Discovery
The Matsunos are invited to Hatabou's birthday party. / Iyami discovers that his buckteeth contain a rare metal.

7. Todomatsu and the 5 Demons/To the North
Todomatsu gets a job at a local coffeehouse. His brothers want no such success. / Dekapan and Dayon enjoy a carefree northbound trip together.

8. The Calming Osomatsu/Totoko's Dream
Captain Choromatsu invites an interesting detective onto an increasingly dangerous murder case to ease the tension of the crew. / Totoko wants to be a popular idol, but reality is so cruel.

9. Chibita and Oden/Jyushimatsu Falls in Love
Karamatsu ends up as Chibita's apprentice at his oden stand. Meanwhile, Jyushimatsu falls in love and his brothers try to help him achieve his romance.

10. Iyami and Chibita's Rental Girlfriend
Iyami and Chibita dress up as girls, and trick the Matsuno brothers into falling in love with them with the help of a sex-change drug. It's only a matter of time before this plan goes bad.

11. Christmas Osomatsu-san
A series of Christmas-themed skits. Among those included are a zombified cold open, Ichimatsu disturbing a happy couple on a date, an F6 holiday fantasy, and the Annual Matsuno Family Christmas Gift Exchange.

12. Year-End Special-san
Osomatsu and Totoko host an end of year special broadcast, looking back on previous episodes to determine which of the brothers is the biggest loser.

13. Sanematsu-san/Girlymatsu-san/Accident?
A salaryman named Sanematsu takes care of his six siblings, the Matsuno brothers play the roles of a friend group of working girls, and Choromatsu gets caught during a private moment.

14. We Caught a Cold/Todomatsu's Line/Choromatsu-sensei
The sextuplets catch a resilient cold. Later, the brothers question Todomatsu about all the things he hasn't told them about his personal life. Afterwards, Choromatsu plays a paranoid vice-principal overly worried about plans for his school's cultural festival.

15. Interview/Girlymatsu-san 2/The Life of Chibita's Flower
Jyushimatsu goes to a job interview, proving to be a total nuisance for the interviewers. Later, the Girlymatsus return to go on a ladies' trip, causing trouble for each other as they arrive. After, Chibita falls in love with a fairy who manifested from a lonely flower.

16. Cat Cafe/Matsuno Max/The Ichimatsu Incident
Ichimatsu gets a job interview at a cat cafe, but when in Rome, he does as the locals do. Later, in an apocalyptic world, F6 battles against Iyami and Dekapan, who are robbing the dry-skinned citizens of all of their lotion. After, Ichimatsu is forced to pretend to be Karamatsu after Osomatsu catches him trying on his clothes.

17. Jyushimatsu Festival
A series of Jyushimatsu-oriented skits, including the fifth-youngest defusing a bomb, having a late-night cup of noodles, selling baseball doujins at Comiket, and devolving the world into its written essentials.

18. Girlymatsu-san 3 / Iyami's Counterattack
The Girlymatsus attend a wedding and try very badly to pretend to not be jealous. / Wanting to become the main protagonist of the franchise again, Iyami holds a bizarre kart race to determine who the real star of Osomatsu-san will be.

19. Period Drama Osomatsu-san/Choromatsu Rising
A series of skits take place, set during the Sengoku era. Back in the present, Choromatsu decides to quit being an idol-worshipper and pursue a job, with only his self-awareness standing in the way.

20. Teach Me, Hatabou/School Matsu/Iyami's School
Hatabou starts his own catering service, cooking with a delicious mystery meat. Later, Osomatsu, Karamatsu, and the rest play delinquent high school students competing to see who's the toughest. Afterwards, Iyami starts a comedy class hoping to earn a quick buck.

21. Mahjong/Godmatsu
On a rainy evening, the brothers play a fierce game of mahjong. Later, the brothers suddenly find themselves joined by a seventh brother, Kamimatsu, born from the goodness that fell out of the brothers' hearts.

22. The Star of Hope, Todomatsu/Final Sheeeh
Todomatsu holds auditions to take one of his brothers with him to a mixer, struggling to find anyone worth taking. Meanwhile, Iyami meets a kung-fu master who believes him to possess a special technique.

23. Kerosene/Dayon Tribe
When the family heater runs out of kerosene, the brothers to force each other to get a refill. Meanwhile, Osomatsu, Karamatsu, and Choromatsu find themselves in an underground village populated by a tribe of Dayon people.

24. Totoko's Huge Panic/Letter
Totoko is jealous when those she knows find more success than her. Meanwhile, Choromatsu manages to land a job and moves out of the house, with the other brothers soon following suit, leaving just Osomatsu alone.

25. Osomatsu-san, Such as It Was
The brothers quickly abandon their new lifestyles upon learning they have been invited to a baseball tournament for the finale.
