Asahi is your average game otaku. Just when he thinks his life is over, he gets another chance in a world that seems just like an RPG! But he doesn’t have the cheat skills that isekai heroes usually have. Instead, someone familiar swoops in to save him.

Asahi takes on an easy quest gathering mushrooms to gain experience points, but it ends up being more than he bargained for when a bear appears! He flees right into an unexpected, warm embrace. The softness, the strength… Wait. It’s not Maya-nee?!

Asahi is still looking for ways to level up, but working with his sister has its limits. So, he goes to the Guild with the thought of forming a party with other people. On the way back, he notices some thugs hassling a drunk who looks a bit familiar.

Asahi has run out of money to pay for his lodgings again, so he goes to Tanya to ask for a quest with a high reward. It turns out that Tanya has just the thing, one with a house as the reward! But to get it, they’ll have to rid it of its current occupant.

A new dungeon entrance has been discovered! Tanya asks Asahi to explore it to see if it’s safe. If it is, it will be opened up to all adventurers of every rank. Asahi is excited about taking on a quest by himself, but, alas, it is not to be.

Kuon asks Asahi for a favor. Gloria is challenging herself for the sake of her future, and she needs Asahi's help! Or does she? Later, Asahi considers making a big change to his life as an adventurer and goes to Tanya for advice.

Asahi is given a quest to hunt down sharks that are attacking a local beach. Maya says that just the two of them should go instead of taking the whole Super Asahi Legion. But when they arrive, the whole party is already there! And Kuon has some bad news.

After a heavy rain, the city is victim of what appears to be a flood. A closer examination will quickly prove to Asahi that this is not the case: the entire lower part of the city has been attacked by a giant slime, and moreover, it did not come on its own initiative...
