One Way Out

One Way Out is an American reality television series that was produced by NorthSouth Productions for the Discovery Channel. The program stars escape artist Jonathan Goodwin, who performs difficult escape stunts. A pilot episode aired on April 14, 2008, and the series began a ten-part first season on January 26, 2009.

1. Bee Stung Brit

Jonathan undergoes having a scorpion crawl around in his mouth, as well as having 200,000 bees crawl on his body, just to test a theory

2. Ice Trap

Jonathan pushes himself to the limits when he tries to test out how long he can hold his breath in icy water while restrained.

3. Long Way Down

Jonathan locks himself in an out of control barrel, and spins precariously around on a chair surrounded by broken glass in order to see how good he can escape something while spinning.

4. Dizzy Limit

Jonathan tests his ability to foil the forces of gravity when he takes part in a life-sized domino rally, as well as escaping while suspended in the air.

5. Human Catapult

Jonathan gets hit with tennis balls, high dives into a pool, and launches himself into the air, all in the name of science.

6. Buried Alive

Jonathan yet again puts himself in extreme danger, this time being buried alive in a coffin.

7. BMX Bounce

Jonathan has some fun doing bike stunts to test the forces of impact.
