Paula's Best Dishes is a cooking show hosted by Paula Deen on Food Network On June 21, 2013, the Food Network announced that they would not renew Deen's contract due to controversy surrounding Deen's use of a racial slur and racist jokes in her restaurant, effectively cancelling the series.

1. Grilled to Perfection
Today's show is all about grilling! Bobby joins Paula in the smokehouse today and makes one of his favorite recipes, Fish Fajitas topped with a Spicy Salsa Verde. Then, it's Bobby's Grilled Rosemary Lambchops. Tune in as then they make a Portabello and Asparagus Salad that's truly divine. And they're even grilling dessert today, with a Sweet Mango Melba y'all!
2. Ladies Who Brunch
Paula's friend Katie Lee helps cook Crab Benedict, a breakfast classic with a Southern twist. Then Katie serves up Soufflé Pumpkin Pancakes with a side of the sweetest Brown Sugar Bacon you'll ever put in your mouth. To end, Paula and Katie are making the best Blueberry Muffins you'll ever eat and washing everything down with a Tropical Fruit Smoothie!
3. Long Lost Recipes
Today Paula's making old things new again and reviving long lost recipes. First, she's reviving a recipe from one of Hollywood's most famous restaurants - The Brown Derby, a delicious Grapefruit Cake. Then she's helping a home viewer recreate a long lost family recipe - Lip Smackin' Biscuits and Milk Gravy. Finally, she's making a recipe from her childhood - Grandma Paul's Fried Crab!
4. Home Sweet Home
Bubba and Paula reminisce about their childhood and cook up some family favorites. First, it's a hearty Beef Stroganoff. Then, it's their momma's recipe for Okra and Tomatoes. For dessert, it's Grandma Hier's Never Fail Pound Cake and Grandma Paul's delicious Apple Fritters!
5. Lovin in the Oven
All the cookin' today is comin' from the oven. Paula's making food with Cheryl Day from Back in the Day Bakery. Cheryl's sharing her recipe for one of Paula's favorites, Old-Fashioned Cupcakes. Paula's showing Cheryl a hearty Lots O' Meat Lasagna. Then they're roasting up a Zesty Roasted Garlic Bread. So join Paula and Cheryl as they share the recipes they adore!
6. Chocolate Cures
Hey y'all! Come on in to Paula's kitchen where her friend Max Brenner, the king of chocolate, is helping her make some delicious sweets! First he shows us how to make his "We Need to Talk" Chocolate Pizza. Next, he makes a sinful Sweet Dreams Chocolate Fudge. Then Paula makes him a Chocolate Pecan Pie. Finally, it's a Work-a-holic's Hot Chocolate for the go-getter in your life!
7. Buffet Bonanza
Bobby helps Paula make a baked potato bar with all the fixins, such as a Creamed Seafood Baked Potato and a Steak and Mushroom Baked Potato. Then Bobby takes over and shares his recipe for the most outrageous Lime Marinated Chicken Wings with an Avocado Dipping Sauce. Finally, it's you'll never know what you'll get with Cheesecake Surprise Pops!
8. Backyard Wedding
Get ready to say I do, y'all! Paula's brother Bubba stops by to give her the scoop on his wedding and Paula cooks up delicious Grillades and Grits - martini style. Then she makes some Chicken Salad Sliders and Monogrammed Sugar Cookies and berries - with a special wedding touch. Finally, a toast to the couple with Spicy Oyster Shooters.
9. Paula Does Takeout
Today's gonna be a fun show; it's gonna be all about Chinese takeout. First up its some hot and spicy Pork-Slaw Egg Rolls which are just as good as the real deal. Next it's Crispy Tempura Battered Shrimp which will have you licking your fingers. Next, it's a tangy and tasty Chicken Stir Fry and some Homemade Fortune Cookies to finish it off. Never order out again!
10. Upside Down
Today Paula's making breakfast for dinner, with Spicy Chili and Cornmeal Waffles. Things get a little crazy when Paula's friend Edie stops by to make her mouth-watering Cinnamon Rolls. Later, it's delicious Fried Cinnamon Sticks that'll make your tongue want to slap your brain. To top it all off, it's a Peppermint Chocolate Coffee!
11. Deli Delights
Today Alan Nowell will be joining Paula in the kitchen. First, Alan is going to show her how to make a classic Jumbo Lump Crabcake Sandwich with a delicious tomato remoulade. Then we're gonna be whipping up two of Paula's favorites - a Lemon Basil Chicken Salad and a New Potato and Green Bean Salad. They're going to top it all off with Paula's scrumptious Easy Cheesecake Parfaits.
12. Sweet Somethings
Hey y'all! Today it's about sweet somethings. First we're going to start with some scrumptious Arnold Palmer Cupcakes and some mouth-watering no-cook Cookie Dough Truffles. Then the owners of Paula's favorite cookie shop in Savannah stop by to make the greatest Oatmeal Scotchie Cookie you've ever seen. Stick around and you'll learn how to decorate sugar cookies like never before!
13. Menu For My Man
Today's show is all about cooking for your man, honey. We're starting off with a Stuffed Beef Tenderloin with Garlic Mashed Potatoes. Then, it's gonna be a Creamy Shrimp Bisque with Homemade Croutons. Tempt your partner's sweet tooth with a decadent Chocolate Mousse.
