Pinocchio has been given four gold pieces by the Blue Fairy. On his way to hand over the money to the workless, penniless Geppetto, he meets Mr Cat and Mr Fox, confidence tricksters on the lookout for a sucker.
3. Episode 3
For helping Mr Cat and Mr Fox to escape from jail, the artless Pinocchio has been sentenced to 50 years imprisonment.
4. Episode 4
Betrayed to the evil wagon driver by Mr Fox and Mr Cat, Pinocchio has departed with his school fellows for the Land of Toys.
