Proof Positive
Proof Positive was a reality television paranormal investigation show broadcast by the SciFi Channel beginning in October 6, 2004 through December 8, 2004. It was shown as part of the "SciFi Wednesday" evening schedule line up in the United States along with other reality television programs as Scare Tactics and Ghost Hunters. Proof Positive ran for ten episodes. The show was hosted by actress Amanda Tapping of Stargate SG-1 and Sanctuary.

1. Episode 1
Policeman's Past Life An Indianapolis homicide detective believes that he is the reincarnation of 19th-century American artist James Carroll Beckwith. Roswell Rods Strange, possibly alien creatures, invisible to the naked eye, are allegedly caught on videotape. Lighthouse Ghost A Michigan woman claims her deceased husband may be haunting her town's abandoned lighthouse.
2. Episode 2
Danny Phenomenon A family in Savannah, Ga., is haunted by the spirit of a 7-year-old boy they believe is inhabiting an antique bed they recently purchased. Psychic Artists A husband-and-wife psychic team communicate with the dead and provide their clients with drawings of their dearly departed as evidence of their true connection with the deceased. Lizard Man Locals in Bishopville, S.C., believe that a nearby swamp is inhabited by a half-man, half-reptile creature and have casts of footprints to prove it.
3. Episode 3
No Place to Hide A man believes he has been repeatedly abducted by aliens for years and has methodically collected evidence to prove it. Firehouse Phantom Firefighters believe their firehouse is haunted by the ghost of a firefighter who died there in the 1920s. Remote Viewing Psychic-sight methods once used by the CIA are put to the test in a specially designed experiment — a Proof Positive exclusive!

Mexico Vacation UFO A family en route to Mexico videotapes a strange light in the night sky over Texas that seems to follow them as they move down the highway, and which reappears weeks later after they return home to Washington state. Haunted Brothel Working girls at Nevada's Moonlite Bunny Ranch believe that their VIP lounge is haunted. Disaster Precognition The ability to see the future is tested using a specially designed computer program and a group of 20 volunteers who believe they are precognitive.

Axe-Murder House The scene of a brutal murder is said to be haunted — and visitors capture ghostly orbs on videotape. Alien Stains A woman believes that stains discovered on her bedding as well as on her children's clothing were caused by aliens, who'd abducted them. Confederate General A retired Connecticut firefighter believes he is the reincarnation of Confederate general John B. Gordon (1832-1904).

Romanek UFO A Colorado man videotapes a UFO seen by dozens of witnesses in three different locations. Psychics Solve Crime Two psychics known for their work with law enforcement have agreed to test their skills on a solved case using only a photograph of the victim. Willard Library Ghost Ghosts that allegedly haunt a library in Indiana are observed by security cameras.

Wrecking Yard Ghost The ghost of a woman killed in a car crash is caught on tape by a security camera at the wrecking yard to which her car was towed after the fateful accident. Roswell Crash Sample Owners of a piece of the spacecraft that allegedly crashed in Roswell, N.M., insist that it has isotopic anomalies that prove it came from outer space. Aura Photography Using a special camera, experts photograph human auras — the colors of which are said to yield clues about one's personality.

Illinois UFO A local farmer and several police officers chase a UFO through southern Illinois and agree to submit to polygraphic examinations about their experience. Chupacabra An expedition in search of Chupacabra, ""the goat-sucker,"" uncovers possible DNA evidence of the legendary beast. Gettysburg Ghosts Ghostly photos, video images and sounds are recorded all around the Gettysburg, Pa., battlefield, scene of the bloodiest battle in the U.S. Civil War.

Ogopogo New video and new witnesses make a compelling case that Canada's Lake Okanaga is home to a Loch Ness-like creature called Ogopogo Haunted Restaurant A Baltimore restaurant is haunted by a young girl who took her life there. Spontaneous Combustion A small Sicilian town is plagued by the spontaneous combustion of household artifacts.

Twin Telepathy Can science prove the existence of telepathic powers between twins? Proof Positive puts four sets of twins to the test with a specially designed experiment. Haunted Big House A West Virginia state penitentiary may be haunted by the ghosts of deceased inmates. Electric Man An Albuquerque man is convinced that the electrical charge emanating from his body causes streetlights to go out and household items to malfunction.
