When minibus driver KEI YAT-SING and his son KEI MONG, who has food allergies, are in the supermarket, KEI MONG takes advantage when his father is not around to ask YIU NGAI-YAN, who just finished shopping, for chocolate to eat, which triggers KEI MONG's food allergy symptoms as a result. NGAI-YAN and her boyfriend, FONG TIN-HANG, a vet, are preparing their wedding ceremony, however, they are not able to take their wedding photos overseas because NGAI-YAN's father, YIU SHIU-BONG develops an unstable condition in reaction to the treatment of his illness. SHIU-BONG is the CEO of Yiu Kong Group, and his first wife, who is NGAI-YAN's biological mother, is dead; whereas his second wife KOO SHUK-YIN and "third wife" FONG YEE-LING gave birth to his younger son NGAI-SHUN and older son NGAI-CHUNG respectively, above which NGAI-YAN's boyfriend, TIN-HANG, is also YEE-LING's nephew.… ...

After HAU-LIN arranged a blind date for YAT-SING and a school clerk, Miss CHOI, LAI-SA is curious how come nothing happens between the two after the date. HAU-LIN reveals that YAT-SING scared away the girl because he invited her to a barbecue and fly a kite together, yet YAT-SING admits that he just wants to find a girlfriend who also truly enjoys flying a kite. Through his observation, YAT-SING believes that Man Hing Primary School is an ideal school, and they even have a school nurse, which is very suitable for KEI MONG to enroll. SHIU-BONG needs more than half of a year to recuperate. He worries that the water recycling project - "Clean Water Project" that he initiated all by himself might end up being put on ice once SHIU-WING wields power, so he hopes his daughter to be the interim CEO for the time being and requests TAI-CHI to assist her.… ...

TIN-HANG invites NGAI-YAN to go to New Zealand with him to pay a visit to his family as well as registering their marriage there, but is turned down by NGAI-YAN. NGAI-YAN returns home, where YEE-LING pushes her to get married as soon as possible. Until then, NGAI-YAN comes to realise that it's her chauffeur, Uncle KEI, who disclosed the conversation between her and her boyfriend to YEE-LING, therefore she decides to change her chauffeur. KEI MONG is allocated to the school which is his 11th wish on his application, so LAI-SA urges YAT-SING to bring his son and go to Man Hing Primary School in person to see whether KEI MONG might have a chance to get a seat there. On their way to the school, they run into a car breakdown incident, during which YAT-SING helps NGAI-YAN drive her car away.… ...

Once again, KEI MONG goes to attend the interview in Man Hing Primary School, and is successfully admitted. After being recruited, YAT-SING goes through the new employee orientation procedures, during which TAI-CHI gives him some helpful tips as to how to be a good chauffeur. NGAI-YAN and her father SHIU-BONG recall their days before. In those days, although they were poor, they were very happy. SHIU-BONG tells his daughter to arrange a birthday party one more time for SHUK-YIN as long as it's possible. On his first day of reporting for duty, YAT-SING drives the car to take NGAI-YAN to POK-MAN's office, and even manages to help NGAI-YAN find POK-MAN.… ...

All the other drivers ask YAT-SING about how NGAI-YAN solved the Chak Fung crisis, but YAT-SING just keeps his mouth shut. Having paid a visit to her father, NGAI-YAN receives a phone call from her boyfriend. A guy from Taiwan is looking for MAN-KWAN, but is sent away by LAI-SA. It turns out that MAN-KWAN is the younger sister of YAT-SING's girlfriend, who always travels around by herself and attracts many suitors. Seeing that SHIU-WING reprimands CHI-HAU for not knowing how to distinguish himself from the others, NGAI-YAN instead gives CHI-HAU a lot of encouragement. In an attempt to hide herself from the Taiwan guy, MAN-KWAN hops on the minibus that YAT-SING is driving, and with the help of YAT-SING, she manages to make the Taiwan guy to back off. Due to an ad-hoc meeting, NGAI-YAN entrusts YAT-SING to send a document to SHIU-BONG, who then tells YAT-SING to accompany him to go out.… ...

SHUK-YIN, YEE-LING and their sons are determined to inquire into YAT-SING's liability for the issue of taking SHIU-BONG out, and they even want to sue him. Having bought a film camera, LAI-SA asks YAT-SING to help her test the camera. While praising that YAT-SING did a brilliant job when trying to solve the problem with regard to the camera given by LAI-SA, MAN-KWAN also seizes the chance to ask YAT-SING as to whether he would like to develop a romantic relationship with LAI-SA. During her work, MAN-KWAN is eventually pushed out by some of her co-workers and makes a fool of herself, which catches CHI-LONG's eye. With a journalist attempting to bribe YAT-SING so as to get a first-hand news of YIU's family, NGAI-YAN says something to warn YAT-SING. Apart from going to the office to try to win people over, SHUK-YIN also urges NGAI-SHUN to try to stand out.… ...

Inviting NGAI-YAN to dine out, TIN-HANG reveals that he has booked a plane ticket to New Zealand and the departure day is in two weeks. SHIU-BONG gives his property in Auckland to NGAI-YAN as her wedding gift, exhorting her not to let SHUK-YIN and YEE-LING know about it. With all the drivers chit-chatting about the real estate prices, YAT-SING senses something wrong through his conversation with another driver, CHUNG; whereas CHI-HAU is rather disturbed after hearing his co-workers' discussion with regard to the news about a single mother bringing along her son to commit suicide, and he even goes to look for MAN-KWAN. Yet, MAN-KWAN not only begs CHI-HAU to leave her alone, but also states that she will never hold him accountable for what he has done. NGAI-YAN sees that CHUNG gives some money to YAT-SING and thereby gets suspicious, so TAI-CHI advises that she should fire YAT-SING.… ...

Having been officially appointed as the CEO by SHIU-BONG, NGAI-YAN plans to start administration reform in the company, and also tries to take the company public. CHUNG is dismissed by YEE-LING, following which YAT-SING helps him get a job as a minibus driver. TAI-CHI reminds NGAI-YAN that it's YAT-SING's last working day, but NGAI-YAN finds out that YAT-SING has been waiting for her after she leaves her office at 7pm. Having learned of TAI-CHI's conduct, NGAI-YAN goes to apologize to YAT-SING, above which she even lets him resume his job. NGAI-YAN intends to upgrade all their computer systems, but SHIU-WING does not approve the budget allocation. Later on, NGAI-YAN instructs NGAI-CHUNG and NGAI-SHUN to reform the structure, deploying the human resources to the IT Department. On top of that, she even assigns CHI-HAU to handle the task of upgrading their computer systems. MAN-KWAN cannot find a job.… ...

NGAI-YAN not only learns the jargon that has been developed among the drivers from YAT-SING, but also gains quite a bit of understanding of the situation that most of the professional truck drivers fall victim to exploitation. As the contract between Yiu Kong and Shun Kai Logistics Co. is going to expire, Shun Kai expects a pay raise of 10%, whereas NGAI-YAN believes that they need to further discuss it. Although Shum Kai's grounds for a pay raise seems to be pretty reasonable, NGAI-YAN suspects that the increase in accidents stems from the fact that the truck drivers suffer exploitation. NGAI-YAN then announces that they will cease to continue to cooperate with Shun Kai. On the heels of that, Uncle BING and the other drivers start wreaking havoc, during which TAI-CHI is hit and injured.… ...

The tire blowout happens when YAT-SING is giving TAI-CHI a ride to the office, so TAI-CHI helps YAT-SING change the flat tire, during which he even talks about his own background. With NGAI-SHUN describing NGAI-YAN as Empress WU ZETIEN, NGAI-CHUNG also complains that they would have to seek NGAI-YAN's signature for approval with regard to the company issues no matter how trifling it is. Not daring to explain how to use the new computer systems in the meeting, CHI-HAU instead hides himself in the car parking lot and keeps washing his hands. Fortunately, he finds encouragement from MAN-KWAN and successfully completes the task. MAN-KWAN misconstrues that CHI-HAU has a crush on her, however, CHI-HAU just wants to seek MAN-KWAN's help to pursue his dream lover, the Public Affairs Officer YUEN KA-BO. Due to something, NGAI-SHUN is mad at YAT-SING, and he even schemes to set him up, forcing him to compensate $300,000.… ...

NGAI-SHUN thinks that YAT-SING is bossy by flaunting NGAI-YAN's power, and is determined to pay YAT-SING back for what he has done; whereas NGAI-YAN is very satisfied with NGAI-CHUNG's performance, and even assigns him to supervise the progress of Yingde Water Project. Sending some dog toys to YAT-SING's home, NGAI-YAN not only stays behind for the dinner but also pays a visit to YAT-SING's photography darkroom. NGAI-YAN then asks YAT-SING to teach her how to develop the photos, yet, it turns out that YAT-SING is going to renovate the darkroom into KEI MONG's study room. After helping KA-BO fix her computer, CHI-HAU begs MAN-KWAN to teach him how to deal with the situation, above which, with MAN-KWAN's assistance, CHI-HAU even has a further understanding of KA-BO. With the plane NGAI-YAN takes experiencing some turbulence, NGAI-YAN cannot help thinking about her own life. Having heard of this, YAT-SING tries to cheer her up.… ...

YAT-SING tells his family members that he is going to help NGAI-YAN work on the collection of fairy tales picture books, whereas LAI-SA thinks that YAT-SING is doing the favor for NGAI-YAN and making her become famous by using his personal time outside of office hours. CHI-HAU and MAN-KWAN bump into KA-BO. Later on, they even see KA-BO talking with WILLIAM about the fun time they spent in Tokyo, which makes CHI-HAU very frustrated. Having probed into the matter for CHI-HAU, MAN-KWAN learns that, in fact, KA-BO is not ready to date WILLIAM yet, so she arranges a series of activities to help CHI-HAU court KA-BO. NGAI-YAN takes MOMO to have an injection in the clinic, where she encounters TIN-HANG, who just returned to the clinic with a nurse called SHIRLEY. After learning that the pair are going to get married, NGAI-YAN is generous enough to congratulate them.… ...

MAN-YEE apologizes to YAT-SING for abandoning him and her son KEI MONG many years ago, hoping that YAT-SING will give her a chance to make up. When driving through San Po Kong, YAT-SING spots several guys asking MAN-YEE to pay off her debt, so he goes to drive them away and asks MAN-YEE as to why she owes them money. As it will be KA-BO's birthday in two days, CHI-HAU asks MAN-KWAN to help him in his love confession rehearsal, and during the process, MAN-KWAN is so touched that she even sheds some tears. With MAN-YEE going to YAT-SING's home to visit her son, MAN-KWAN seizes the opportunity to hint that YAT-SING should get back together with MAN-YEE, however, YAT-SING turns a cold shoulder on her. LAI-SA not only reclaims her right to be with YAT-SING in the kitchen, but also says something to mock MAN-YEE for being such a gold digger. CHI-HAU plans to reveal his love affection to KA-BO at the beach.… ...

Upon his arrival, YAT-SING scolds MAN-YEE on the allegation that she is actually up to something while claiming that she misses KEI MONG, adding that he will never ever let MAN-YEE take away his son. Their disputes accidentally catch NGAI-YAN's eye. Affected by his mood fluctuations, YAT-SING almost has a traffic accident. Going to pay a visit to YAT-SING, NGAI-YAN also gives him some information with regard to how to win a child custody battle. MAN-KWAN amends some documents so as to use them the next morning, yet the breakdown of the copy machine triggers her emotions and she has a breakdown. Fortunately, CHI-HAU helps her out of trouble, above which he even accompanies her, trying to cheer her up. With some workers fighting at their construction site located in Mainland China, NGAI-CHUNG goes to handle the issue, which worries YEE-LING very much.… ...

Having taken photos of the total lunar eclipse, NGAI-YAN finds inspiration for her story of Princess Butterfly. NGAI-YAN passes some of the Ching Lam Project to NGAI-CHUNG for follow-up because the Yingde Water Project that NGAI-CHUNG is in charge of is making steady progress. Later on, when NGAI-YAN is bringing MOMO home, YAT-SING, who was going along with NGAI-YAN, meets SHUK-YIN and NGAI-SHUN head on upon his departure, and is insulted by NGAI-SHUN. Sending an invitation card to NGAI-YAN, KEI MONG hopes that she can attend his birthday party. Dating as a couple, MAN-KWAN and CHI-LONG go to dine in a hot-pot restaurant, where they run into CHI-HAU and KA-BO, so the four of them have dinner together. After NGAI-YAN gives a jelly cake to KEI MONG as a gift, LAI-SA firmly believes that NGAI-YAN must be her love rival.… ...

Paying a visit to SHUK-YIN, Uncle BING asks for $30 million because he lost his money on a failed investment, otherwise, he threatens SHUK-YIN that he will reveal the truth of the death of NGAI-YAN's biological mother. In order to cash out, SHUK-YIN leads the potential buyer to inspect her property located in an industrial building, where she bumps into YAT-SING and learns that YAT-SING often goes to the former office of Yiu Kong. Apart from taking some photos when NGAI-YAN and YAT-SING access the industrial building, SHUK-YIN also incites SHIU-WING to deal with NGAI-YAN. TAI-CHI reports to NGAI-YAN that a magazine story hints that she and YAT-SING are having a love affair. With the media trying to interview NGAI-YAN, many journalists wait for NGAI-YAN outside her home, and as a result, all her family members cannot go out.… ...

TAI-CHI starts appreciating YAT-SING, and is loath to see that he is going to leave Yiu Kong. MAN-KWAN asks CHI-HAU to call SHIU-WING so that she can apologize to him in person. When NGAI-SHUN and his friend KELVIN hang out in a bar, KELVIN sexually harasses MAN-KWAN. CHI-HAU cannot stand seeing this, and starts fighting with KELVIN. Bringing along her lawyer to YAT-SING's home, MAN-YEE claims that she is going to fight for custody of her son KEI MONG, leaving YAT-SING no other choice but to go to a court and file a custody order. With Uncle BING threatening that he is going to ask SHIU-BONG for money, SHUK-YIN tries to stop him from doing so, during which the two are embroiled in a physical conflict, resulting in an accident. Upon the commencement of the child custody proceeding, MAN-YEE appears in court and gives false testimony. In light of this, the judge asks someone to conduct a welfare survey before making any decisions.… ...

Having deliberately distracted YAT-SING and the others' attention, MAN-YEE and POK-MAN have someone steal the backpack that contains the anti-allergic drugs and syringe. CHI-LONG plans to buy a property together with MAN-KWAN as their new home, yet MAN-KWAN makes an excuse that she has some work to do and leaves. Going to a bar to drown her sorrows by alcohol, MAN-KWAN makes a phone call to CHI-HAU, who frankly discloses that, during his stay in Singapore, he discovered that the one he really missed is exactly MAN-KWAN. Unexpectedly, on the following day, CHI-HAU tends to stay aloof from MAN-KWAN, above which he even transfers MAN-KWAN to the Logistics Department in Tsuen Wan. The judge decides that MAN-YEE and POK-MAN should get the custody of their child, KEI MONG, who is then given an English name called DICKSON by POK-MAN. Unfortunately, POK-MAN and KEI MONG are unable to get along well with each other.… ...

When SHIU-BONG is discharged from the hospital, POK-MAN informs him that the Yiu Kong Group is under his control. During the meeting, POK-MAN wantonly provokes NGAI-YAN and tramples upon her feelings, but is beaten up by YAT-SING as a result. In the wake of this, POK-MAN threatens to file a lawsuit, swearing to put YAT-SING in jail. Having decided to tender his resignation, YAT-SING instead tries to comfort NGAI-YAN; whereas NGAI-YAN not only forgives NGAI-SHUN, but also re-builds their sibling relationship. After the chairman of Lap Ming Group is arrested on suspicion of fraud, trading in Lap Ming's shares is halted on the stock market, and subsequently implicates the investors of the Ching Lam Project. Owing to capital scarcity, POK-MAN has to sell his shares in the Bitin International Limited. NGAI-YAN proposes a capital injection but is turned down by POK-MAN.… ...
