1. Episode 1
When Reyka is summoned to her abductor's parole hearing after twenty years of incarceration, traumatic memories return and send her on a path of self-destruction. Meanwhile, a series of murders are waiting to be discovered.
2. Episode 2
After Reyka and the police investigate the bodies that were found in the sugar cane fields, they suspect that they are dealing with a serial killer. Meanwhile, Speelman attempts to convince Reyka to retract her parole statement.
3. Episode 3
When Reyka is rushed to the hospital, her family finds out that she was burnt trying to save the life of a traditional healer. Before long, new evidence links the healer and his employers with the murders in the cane fields.
4. Episode 4
An important piece of evidence disappears causing Reyka to start suspecting her boss, Hector Zwane, and his son. Meanwhile, Speelman's game with Reyka intensifies, as he tries to manipulate her to find out Portia's address.
5. Episode 5
Nandi is attacked by the killer and is in critical condition. The evidence leads the police to a suspect, but Reyka believes they have arrested an innocent man. Meanwhile, a peaceful protest is set up outside the police station.
6. Episode 6
Nandi's family and colleagues are devastated by her tragic loss, while Reyka and Samuel are filled with guilt. Meanwhile, Soda -now a man on the run- is searching for help, while the Tyrone family experience a harrowing incident.
7. Episode 7
Reyka reenacts Soda's execution and makes a shocking discovery. Later on, a trap designed to help the police identify the killer backfires dangerously, while Speelman plays his sinister game to finally reach his ultimate goal.
8. Episode 8
Reyka finally closes the case and prepares to return to her normal life. However, Speelman's evil plan has reached its final stage, and Reyka will be forced to face her demons in order to battle him.
