ROAD TO IRONMAN
Average Rob embarks on a six-month journey to complete an Ironman triathlon, undergoing rigorous training and meeting with world champions Luc and Frederik Van Lierde. Alongside his brother Arno, Rob faces both physical and mental challenges to achieve their ultimate goal.

1. Starting The Biggest Challenge of My Life
It's official. Average Rob and Arno are taking on an IRONMAN challenge with only six months of preparation. In this first episode, they promise Marten Van Riel, from their previous triathlon video, that they'll complete an Ironman. Despite being deemed by some as ambitious and others as reckless, they are committed. The IRONMAN involves a 3.8km swim, 180km cycle, and a 42km run. Luckily, they have support from Belgian Ironman champions Luc Van Lierde and Frederik Van Lierde as their coaches.
2. Training for The Biggest Challenge of My Life: a Full IRONMAN
Rob and Arno realize they have a long way to go to be ready for the IRONMAN in six months. In this episode, they commit to intense training and face significant challenges. Both had dealt with injuries and mental hurdles, leaving them questioning if they would be ready in time. With guidance and support from Belgian Ironman champions Luc Van Lierde and Frederik Van Lierde, their journey continues with determination.
3. I Trained Like a Pro IRONMAN Athlete for A Week
In this episode, Rob and Arno head to Club La Santa in Lanzarote for a five-day training camp, known as the triathlon mecca for those who love to suffer in style. Guided by Sam Laidlow, they train like professional Ironman athletes to prepare for their upcoming challenge. Through intense training sessions and mental perseverance, Rob and Arno continue their journey towards completing the IRONMAN.
4. The Day I Became an IRONMAN
In this final episode, Rob and Arno achieve their goal of becoming IRONMAN athletes. They embarked on this challenging journey eight months ago, and now the moment has arrived. Despite numerous obstacles and doubts, they push through with determination and support from Luc and Frederik Van Lierde. The episode captures their emotional and triumphant finish, proving that anything is possible with dedication and perseverance.
