2. Folding Laundry
Danny finds Sophia Russo and digs back into the Malcolm Miller Case. Anna decides how to respond to her mysterious message. Danny’s search leads him to an ex-juror, a gay bar and a new suspect.
3. Proof of Life
Governor Bennett makes a confession that leads to a renewed connection. Danny overcomes his strained relationship with his father and asks for help. Anna has a new ally in Ryan, but can she trust him? An important discrepancy in the case is found.
4. One Inch More
Danny tells Nora about his discovery and is surprised to get help from his father. Anna confides her suspicions to Ryan but is too wary to tell him everything. Hugh has no idea he is being followed. Anna sees something she’s not supposed to.

Tempers flare as the deliberations drag on. Anna and Ryan concoct a scheme to expose a juror’s secret. Governor Bennett takes matters into his own hands. Nora confesses to Danny, who then investigates Pritchard. Anna panics when she can’t reach her sister.

The jury deliberation unravels causing a change that will block Anna and Ryan's progress. Danny makes a confession that forces Pritchard into a drastic move. Governor Bennett continues his interrogation-what happened to the $80 million?

Danny gets help from a surprising source. Seth has an epiphany about the conspiracy. Anna realizes that she has an enemy AND an adversary. Governor Bennett goes off the deep end.
