After a troubled morning, the hostel staff members go on a trip in search of a local delicacy. Later, a special guest leaves the team in utter shock.

After learning to accommodate a very special guest, the hostel crew is tasked with fulfilling a customer's request for a hot air balloon experience.

6. Episode 6
The team puts in a group effort to create an unforgettable hot air balloon experience, but something unexpected happens when they try to make a landing.

7. Episode 7
After challenging the hostel staff to facilitate a thrilling experience high above the ground, three VIP guests manage to show off their cooking talent.

8. Episode 8
A beautiful day begins with yoga and a tasty breakfast. Later, the gang spends precious time bidding goodbye as Eric is about to leave Starlight.

9. Episode 9
Amid staff changes and turnover, the hostel brings in an international star to help host a gathering for a group of adorable canine friends.

10. Episode 10
Operating with a temporary chef, Starlight needs to host two groups of customers — and some adorable little friends with a special appetite.

11. Episode 11
Selina tears up over a surprise video from her little sister. On the next day, a paddle boarding trip turns chaotic.

12. Episode 12
The return of the head chef brings relief to the hostel staff members, but they must immediately brace for the arrival of a large family.

13. Episode 13
On the last day of Starlight BnB's operation, the gang sets out on a beach trip filled with laughter and cherished memories.

E:60 covers stories that relate to both American and international sports. Reporters from the network interview those surrounding the stories, and they also discuss what was involved in covering the stories. Many of the stories' subjects are of a serious nature, such as a story featured on the premiere show about Jason Ray, the student who portrayed the North Carolina Tar Heels' mascot Ramses, being killed after he was struck by a car. Reporters and contributors on the show include ESPN personalities Jeremy Schaap, Rachel Nichols, Lisa Salters, Jeffri Chadiha, Michael Smith, and Chris Connelly.
