Strictly Confidential is a six-part drama, written by Kay Mellor and originally shown on ITV during November and December 2006. It stars Suranne Jones as Linda, a bisexual ex police officer turned sex therapist, who shares a practice in Leeds with her brother-in-law, played by Tristan Gemmill. Her life is complicated by the fact that her husband Richard, her business partner's brother, played by Christian Solimeno, has low fertility and cannot give her the baby she wants. She is all for asking his brother to be a sperm donor, which does not sit well with his wife. Linda's husband is also not keen on the idea at all but lets Linda go ahead and ask his brother who consents to be a sperm donor. Sexual tension becomes obvious between the pair, and they soon begin sleeping together, with disastrous consequences for all involved, especially Angie, Linda's ex-lover who is still very much in love with Linda.
Seasons
1. Episode 1
Sex therapist Linda is helping husband Richard co-ordinate a corporate training weekend when she receives a call from her ex-lover and ex-colleague Angie, now a Detective Sergeant, who wants her to take a look at the body of a young woman who has been found hanging. Ignoring Richard's objections, Linda goes to examine the body and the crime scene. It appears that the woman may have taken sexual experimentation too far and accidentally strangled herself. Despite her interest in the case, life continues back at the sex therapy clinic where Greg is treating Claudie, a highly promiscuous woman struggling to find intimacy. And, Linda helps newly married Tiffany, who is having problems consummating her new marriage. Later. Linda receives a call – there has been another suspicious death. Much to Richard's annoyance, she jumps out of bed and leaves and goes to investigates and is shocked to discover Claudie's body…
2. Episode 2
At the scene of Claudie's death, Linda tells Angie she is not convinced Claudie died alone. Later, the police find Richard's business card in Claudie's purse. How is Richard connected to Claudie's death? Back at the clinic, Greg despairs as cab driver Andy refuses to tell his wife about the sessions, or bring her along with him. And, Linda is talking to Tim and Carol. Tim has been visiting a new swingers club, and his more sexually conservative wife finds this deeply offensive and hurtful.
3. Episode 3
Richard is at the police station having been arrested in conjunction with Claudie's murder. He maintains that Claudie was suicidal and he was trying to talk to her without having to get Linda involved. Will they believe him? Over at the Sex Therapy clinic a client of Linda's has a wife who's addicted to erotic material on the internet (cyber-sexaholic) and it's ruining their relationship. Meanwhile, Greg sees Tanya and her Turkish boyfriend Ali who are having problems in the bedroom. Since coming to live in England with Tanya, Ali has been suffering from impotence. Will Greg be able to help get them back on the road to recovery? That evening, Linda and Richard have Penny, Greg and the kids over for a barbecue and it's decided Greg will to donate his sperm. But will they go through with the insemination?
4. Episode 4
Claudie's former flame Tony turns up. Her death has hit him hard and it is destroying his relationship with Stephanie. Meanwhile, Greg and Linda prepare for a conference weekend for sex therapists. Having met another of Claudie's ex-lover's Steve at Claudie's funeral, Linda asks him if he would like to join them. Steve later reveals Claudie made a fool of him by sleeping with people she met online while they were together. His anger towards her makes Linda start to question if he thought Claudie deserved to die. Does this put him in the frame for her murder? And, they've resisted for ages but Greg and Linda finally give in to the passion between them!
5. Episode 5
In need of advice, Linda goes for some therapy of her own. She tells John Clancy about one of her “clients” whose sex life has dwindled since she found out her husband was infertile, and has also started having an affair with her brother-in-law. How will he react? At lunch, Linda has a run in with Steve. He is furious with her for reporting him to Angie – and claims he was only passionate about because he loved her. Later, Linda confronts Richard about the internet porn. Can he come up with a suitable excuse? And, Angie and is shocked when she is told that Richard admitted to sleeping with Claudie. Where they having an affair?
6. Episode 6
Walking into the therapy centre, Greg and Linda are confronted by an irate Richard. He tells them he knows they've been sleeping together and is furious when they try to explain it away. Later, Tina Roebottom visits with husband, Barry. This time it is their sex life that is suffering, not their daughter Tiffany's. On having her advances refused for the umpteenth time, Tina has taken refuge at Tiffany's home,. Can Linda now save Tina and Barry's relationship? And, Linda talks to DI Standring about something she's discovered regarding Claudie's case. Standring is very sceptical, but agrees Linda may be onto something The drama reaches its climax as the circumstances surrounding Claudie's demise unfold, ending in yet another tragic accident…

DEA is a reality television series that ran for fifteen, hour long episodes in two seasons from April 2, 2008 to March 31, 2009 on the Spike television network. DEA follows the jobs of a squad of Drug Enforcement Administration special agents as they track down leads and make narcotics busts on houses suspected of selling, producing, or trafficking drugs. The first season was filmed in Detroit, Michigan and consisted of six episodes aired from April 2, 2008 to May 7, 2008. The second season in the New York/New Jersey area consisted of nine episodes aired from February 10, 2009 to March 31, 2009 and follows a group of DEA agents and Task Force officers operating out of the DEA's northern New Jersey headquarters located in Newark. A review of show's debut by the New York Times described the series as "an argument that the trend of shows about real people doing their jobs ought to be put out of its misery", while crediting the show as "an extended public service announcement".
