Seasons
Thanks to Rang's sacrifice, Yeon became a person and had a happy ending with Ji-a. However, he visits the Afterlife Immigration Office after learning that his sinful brother Rang cannot be reborn. There, Yeon makes an unjust contract to serve again for Rang's reincarnation. Due to this, Yeon gets back as a nine-tailed fox and even crash-lands in 1938. While carrying out his mission, he encounters young Rang, who is alive again but as an enemy, just as their relationship back then.

1. Chapter 1: Brotherhood, 1938
Four months after Lee Rang’s death, Lee Yeon resumes to be the nine-tailed fox on the condition that Lee Rang reincarnates. Meanwhile, an uninvited guest steals the guardian stone, and disappears "into the cabinet." Lee Yeon jumps into the cabinet and finds himself standing in Gyeongseong in the year 1938. He then encounters Lee Rang, who immediately just charges at his brother, yelling "Die!"

2. Chapter 2: Beautiful "Mi"
After saving Lee Rang, Lee Yeon fails to return to the present, so he visits Taluipa of the 1930s, who asks him to work for her until the Gate of Time reopens. Under Taluipa's orders, both brothers board a train to find the Legendary Pipe. Inside the train is a woman who prepares to greet Lee Yeon, Shinju who devises an escape plan, and an hourglass that indicates the approaching overpass.

3. Chapter 3: Saetani
There's a "big rice chest" covered with amulets, and Moo-yeong appears before it. He is then seen carrying a blindfolded young girl, who removes her blindfold and chimes her bell saying, "Where are you? Found you!" Lee Yeon opens his eyes and meets her gaze, only to wake up screaming. That afternoon, after seeing Hong-joo holding a bouquet of flowers, everything goes black before his eyes...

4. Chapter 4: The Foundling
A strange basket appears in front of Myoyeongak. Inside it is a living, breathing baby with "7 red moles" on her forehead. Although both brothers secretly attempt to place the basket on someone else's doorstep, they return to find it sitting right where it was found?! Meanwhile, red-white mask steals from Gyeongseong’s gold mining royalties in search of the "golden ruler" that revives the dead.

5. Chapter 5: The Foundling II
Inside Myoyeongak, detectives, who're here for baby, are confronting Lee Yeon and Lee Rang. A scuffle breaks out, while Mi-ho innocently smiles within the bubbles. Meanwhile, Hong-joo arrives in Manchuria where she finds "Lee Yeon in 1938" drunk on opium. Lee Yeon calls for "Ah-eum," to which her face turns cold. Just as she turns to leave, Lee Yeon from 1938 calls out and hugs her from behind...!

6. Chapter 6: The Corner Game
A "red pouch" is placed on Myoyeongak's roof: Moo-yeong's invitation to a dangerous guest. Meanwhile, Jook-hyang notices one new gisaeng wearing a pair of "old straw shoes." That night, Eun-ho and the gisaengs play the "corner game" calling on corner ghosts. Just then, the candle burns out, and Eun-ho disappears. To get her back, the mountain gods and Shin-ju play the corner game once again...

7. Chapter 7: Jangsan Tiger
Lee Yeon and Moo-young get caught in an unknown act while searching for the Jangsan Tiger in the "Path of the Damned." They're tied up and had their throats slashed mercilessly, only to wake up and find that it was all for a TV series set. They are given a script titled "Jangsan Tiger's Bride." As they attempt to leave, they're surprised to see the female lead get out of a van. It's Hong-joo.

8. Chapter 8: Indigenous Gods
It's been days since Jangsan Tiger's uproar. Lee Rang remembers Moo-yeong's warning and heads to Myoyeongak. "Shinigami Mercenaries" arrive at Gyeongseong Station, and are ordered to capture "Joseon demons." Meanwhile, protesting indigenous gods go to Myoyeonggak. Hyunuiong looks troubled. Lee Rang changes his expression during a gambling event where the bet is on lifespan instead of money.

9. Chapter 9: Bando Hotel
Gyeongseong's indigenous gods vanished and died overnight! At Myoyeongak, Lee Yeon tells Hong-joo that he will take the treasures to the Bando Hotel. After a round of fist fights and drinks, Lee Yeon tells Moo-yeong the same thing. Meanwhile, Hong-joo bargains with the Chief Commissioner for the safety of Myoyeongak and her girls... All demons gather at the Bando Hotel to obtain the treasures.

10. Chapter 10: Shinigami Mercenaries
In the painting at Bando Hotel, Room 404, the three mountain gods face Ushiuchibo. At the snap of his finger, Hong-joo and Moo-yeong vomit blood. Lee Yeon searches for an antidote in the woods when he encounters an injured old man. The old man turns out to be Onyudo, a mercenary. As black smoke emerges from his mouth, something unbelievable happens. They switch bodies!

11. Chapter 11: Trap
Lee Yeon as Nyudo appears astounded that there are five mercenaries, not four. As he unwraps a piece of caramel, he calls for Oogama and Yuki to buy some time. Nyudo as Lee Yeon lures Hong-joo and Moo-yeong, and the guardian stone's whereabouts provoke them to fight. Meanwhile, Yeo-hee's breathing unstabilizes and axiousness permeates Room 302. Azalea determinedly approaches with a dagger...

12. Chapter 12: Joseon's Last Mountain God
In a room filled with opium smoke, Lee Yeon from 1938 starts after reading a letter. Yeo-hee and Jae-yoo got kidnapped last night. Lee Yeon meets the Chief Commissioner who proposes an exchange deal. Akira informs Hong-joo and Lee Rang that the one hostage who gets to live depends on them. The air is tense as Lee Rang's eyes shake at Hong-joo's words. That's when Lee Yeon bursts into the room...
