Team Ingebrigtsen
The show follows the Ingebrigtsen family, with three brothers, Henrik, Filip, and Jakob, running in international competitions, and their father is their trainer.
Seasons
Follow Team Ingebrigtsen in the years leading up to the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro.

1. 1
We get to know the brothers Jakob, Filip and Henrik, who are all runners.

2. Episode 2
Gjert works full time, Tone is pregnant with her seventh child and runs two hair salons to make it go around for the big running family. How are the family of eight going to combine taking care of a toddler with the hunt for Olympic gold?

3. Episode 3
During the European Championships in Zurich, Filip and Henrik compete against each other as seniors for the first time. Henrik is one of the big favourites and wants to defend his title as reigning European champion.

4. Episode 4
Henrik defies Gjert's clear ban on obtaining a motorcycle. In addition, he gets his girlfriend, which his father fears can be devastating for a world-class sports career. On the track, Jacob is running fast and breaking international records.

5. Episode 5
Jakob is outgrowing his own age category and competes at the senior level. He is tugging at the tailcoats of his big brothers, and for the first time both Jakob, Henrik, and Filip will compete at the same big event - the Diamond League in Stockholm.

6. Episode 6
Henrik is aiming high in the World Championships in Beijing, but he does not perform as hoped. Jakob gets injured, and little sister Ingrid, who has turned 10, is finally allowed to be trained by father Gjert.

7. Episode 7
This season is crucial for Team Ingebrigtsen, with both the European Championships and the Olympic Games planned. Filip and Henrik run more smoothly than ever, and little brother Jacob, now 15 years old, is constantly breaking new world records in his age category. But what will happen to Henrik's commitment when becomes a father?

8. Episode 8
With Filip's gold and Henrik's bronze at the European Championships, the brothers feel ready for the Rio Olympics. Jakob travels to the U20 World Cup in Poland alone, while little sister Ingrid debuts at the Tyrving Games. Gjert tries to combine the role of father and coach for both young and old.
