Efsun works as a dermatologist in a village in Gaziantep and lives happily on the farm with her father. She hears from her mother, Pervin, who left them 21 years ago and hasn't seen her since. Pervin, a famous plastic surgeon, wants to see her daughter one last time. Efsun, who comes to Istanbul with Emir, the driver sent by Pervin, encounters a big surprise.
