The Cult
The Cult is a New Zealand serial drama television series in which a group of people try to rescue their loved ones from a mysterious cult called Two Gardens. The Cult held the 8:30-9:30 spot on TV2 in New Zealand. The series debuted in New Zealand on September 24, 2009 and finished with a 2 hour season finale on December 10. It was airing on Polish and Portuguese television in 2011, and commenced screening on Australian television from December 2012.

1. The Beginning
A group of people whose loved ones have gone missing discover they have become part of a mysterious cult, living in an isolated community in a remote part of New Zealand.

2. Murphy's Law
With Daniel missing and a threat to stay away from the police, Michael and the Liberators are learning that to get their people out of the compound is going to require more risky measures.

3. The Things We Do for Love
Nathan turns up unexpectedly at The Glen, and Michael and the others are shocked by his condition. It becomes increasingly clear that the Two Gardens doctor has some questionable methods.

4. Help Is at Hand
As Saul, Edward's right hand man, gets closer to finding the Liberators, we learn some of his dark secrets, and, at The Glen, the Liberators meet the person who bugged them.

5. Hush Little Baby
Armed with the information that Jenni is in grave danger, Frances goes on the hunt to get answers. She enlists Sophie and Gina then heads out on a risky search.

6. 14 Minutes of Shame
The discovery of Jenni shocks the Liberators to the core, and they decide that to get information from the source, they need to kidnap Cynthia Ross.

7. Fathers and Sons
Michael is invited into Two Gardens to meet Edward face-to-face. But while he's in the compound, it becomes clear that the danger to the Liberators is also coming from inside The Glen.

8. The Man From Momentum
Having returned to Two Gardens, Cynthia realises that her plans will need to be sped up. But when an untrusting Edward is hesitant, Cynthia decides that she needs to take matters into her own hands.

9. Inside Out
Trapped in Two Gardens, Gina desperately tries to convince a very sick Andy to leave with her - and with the mysterious 'Commencement' approaching, can she get him out before it's too late?

10. Take Something I Love
A reluctant Michael agrees to Sophie's plan to shoot Edward North. But things don't go to plan and it becomes clear that Sophie's mission is very different to that of the Liberators.

11. Past Suns
Following the shooting, Edward has become a dangerous man - paranoid and determined to see his plan out at any cost. He takes action to start the Commencement by making some duplicitous friends.

First hour of the two hour finale. Michael returns to find the Liberators taken, Sophie's lies are about to blown apart, and 'The Commencement' begins.
