1. Tim Burton
Profile of director Tim Burton, who first began working as an animator for Disney. His first directing job was an episode of Faerie Tale Theatre called Aladdin and His Wonderful Lamp. His first film was 1985's Pee Wee's Big Adventure. He later directed Beetlejuice, Batman, Batman Returns, Ed Wood, Mars Attacks!, Sleepy Hollow, and a remake of Planet of the Apes. His most recent film was Big Fish, which recieved the best reviews of Burton's career, and was #1 at the box office for two weeks.
