When a model who looks like Miyuki goes missing, Miyuki is recruited to take her place at a fashion show event in Hong Kong. Hajime and Miyuki go to Hong Kong, where they run into their friend, Saki... and Miyuki is abducted!

While surprising information about the parentage of several of the people involved is revealed, Ran is kidnapped for real and the true nature of the Poison Dragon comes to light. Ran's tattoo indicates the whereabouts of a nuclear bomb that could detonate in less than 12 hours!

While Detective Li races to find the bomb before it goes off, Kindaichi goes back to the hotel to recreate the first murder. But how can one killer account for three murders when all of the main suspects have perfect alibis?

Kindaichi is on the case, but it looks to become much bigger with a study retreat taking place in a secluded area and the machinations of the Puppeteer from Hell!

The Gokumon Prep School study retreat begins and the conditions are even harsher than Kindaichi was expecting! Not only that, he and Miyuki are put in a separate group, although they both hear hints of a group of six students who did something unforgivable in the past and now fear deadly retribution. Whose strings are the Puppeteer from Hell pulling and what is he going to make them do?!

Chaos ensues when the bodies of four missing students are discovered murdered and positioned in grisly ways patterned after class topics. Kindaichi and Inspector Akechi collaborate by phone from their separate murder sites, but are stumped when everyone has an alibi. Will the Puppeteer from Hell have the last laugh?

Hajime, Miyuki, Inspector Kenmochi, and Superintendent Akechi are on JAM flight 377, despite the terrorist threat received right before takeoff. They're getting closer to home when smoke suddenly fills the plane from the rear and the passengers panic, thinking it's terrorism. But things aren't what they appear as Hajime and Akechi soon find themselves trying to solve a locked-room murder case 10,000 meters in the air!

Hajime and Akechi team up to expose Captain Shida's killer... or is that killers?! Whatever the case, it leads to a situation where the plane itself (including the hundreds of passengers inside) is put in a perilous position and only one person has a shot of saving them all... but it's not Hajime!

In the summer of their third year in middle school, Miyuki drags Hajime to swimming school so he can finally learn, but they stumble upon drama between two divers and former best friends competing for a place at a prestigious high school. An accident happens, putting the wealthy, privileged diver into a coma. Was it down to the rumored "evil spirit of the diving pool"? Hajime suspects a more down-to-earth evil and investigates!

Three years ago, a girl died after being kidnapped and abused. The three minors who were responsible are back on the street, but when one of them is shot, Inspector Kenmochi disappears. Has old man Kenmochi turned vigilante?!

More evidence backs the unpopular idea that the missing Inspector Kenmochi is targeting the former minors out of revenge for what they did to the teenaged Marina three years ago. Although Hajime is convinced his old friend would never resort to vigilantism, Superintendent Akechi puts out an APB on Kenmochi on suspicion of murder!

The Executioner strikes again, this time kidnapping Busujima! Can Hajime and Akechi track them down before it's too late? Plus, more evidence points to Inspector Kenmochi being the murderous vigilante!

Kindaichi reveals the identity of the real Executioner at last! But what prompted his acts of bloody vengeance? Plus, a guest appearance by Hajime's nemesis!

On the bus ride home from an amusement park, Hajime and Miyuki are knocked out with a sleeping gas. They wake up to find themselves trapped in an abandoned hospital with the other bus passengers. Their only chance of getting out alive is by solving the mysterious Game Master's puzzles!

The Game Master's deadly game continues, pitting Hajime and company against one lethal trap after another. In fact, it seems like the murderous mastermind wants to do away with all of the members. Will Hajime make it out of the Game Mansion alive, let alone unmask the Game Master?
