2. Guardian Angel

"My name is Tomaž Kajzer... I am a financial advisor, with special assignments... Whoever borrows money must return it... Whoever doesn’t understand that, I advise them..." A new life, new troubles, new questions. We follow the life of Tomaž, a former special forces operative, who now lives a seemingly detached and uneventful, solitary life as a divorcé. He has lost contact with his ex‑wife and daughter, who to his great sorrow is slipping further out of his life. Tomaž diligently performs his work, chasing fraudsters, while his personal life exists only in dreams. But what happens if the fraudster is someone close to him? Will he go all the way? Is Tomaž ruthless and harsh, or consistent and sensitive? Is there something wrong with the people and their values around him? Or is something wrong with him? What guides him in choosing between good and evil? How can one restore order to the world, amid all the chaos everywhere? Somewhere you have to begin: best to start with yourself.

"I am Tomi Kajzer, a golf instructor... I started from nothing and succeeded. In my life I’ve taught thousands of people to play golf, and now I only take on special cases, mostly women. In the end, they all play... Their gratitude is always immense." So begins the next story in the series The Life of Tomaž Kajzer, where we follow a seemingly happy, successful, and popular protagonist — especially popular with women. Tomaž Kajzer navigates with ease and elegance among the women in his life, entangling himself and then disentangling from relationships. He is a successful teacher, living comfortably thanks to his financial position, surrounded by constant attention and admiration. But who is this lucky charmer really, and what lies behind his image? Can anything stop him, and who could succeed in doing so? Can the golf green also be a jungle of life, teeming with predatory beasts?

Before us is a new life of Tomaž Kajzer. “I am Tomaž Kajzer, a lawyer,” he introduces himself at the start of the series. “If you ever get into trouble, I’m the right address. But only if I’m on your side. The law says everything, and I use it down to the last comma — and with all its loopholes...” He leads us into a story that unfolds on the edge of good and evil. A polished Porsche, an outrageously expensive wristwatch, a flawlessly arranged apartment, an exclusive hobby — all this and more belongs to this desirable bachelor, who is unbeatable in the courtroom. He is the fear and terror of fellow lawyers, never letting them control the game and punishing every mistake they make. Is his ideal a life without flaws? Can there be anything unsuccessful in his life? Anything painful, undiscovered? Everything comes back, everything must be paid for. Except, if you have a good lawyer.

6. To the Last Breath

In the opening monologue, we learn what the main character of this episode does: “I am Tom Kajzer. I’ve been a creative director for more than 15 years, the last ten at Studio Ideja. I’ve already won every award there is to win… Today’s idea will be awarded too… shame it isn’t really mine. But in life you have to get by. What is truly original anymore? We all copy everything…” Tom shamelessly steals advertising ideas from colleagues abroad and at home, even from his wife Alenka, a successful architect, and presents them as his own. Throughout the story, various “Tom quotes,” stolen ads, and reworked fragments of famous originals are woven in. Tom’s student and colleague, young Šegula, once admired his superior, but now feels only contempt. The agency where Kajzer works faces one of its biggest challenges; Tom tirelessly seeks a solution and even finds one. But on the day of the big presentation for an extremely important client, a twist occurs.
