One night, the renowned surgeon Philippos Razis (Christos Loulis) finds an abandoned 12-year-old Roma girl outside the hospital, writhing in pain. He himself is off duty, but seeing that time is not on her side, he decides to operate on her himself. In the operating room he realizes that the girl's kidney is missing.

It all started when surgeon Filippos Razis found a sick 12-year-old Roma girl outside the hospital. Surgery made him realize that she was missing one kidney. Eventually, the girl died and no one looked for her. Filippos, looking to find out who is behind the death of the little Roma girl, discovered an organ trafficking ring. But his attempt to lead the ring to prison made him the victim of an evil plot that sent him to prison.

1. Destiny

Filippos Razis, a general surgeon at the State hospital of Agios Symeon, finds a 10-year-old Roma girl abandoned outside the hospital, just as he is leaving work. He immediately gets her in the emergency room and decides to operate on her, as there are no other surgeons available.

2. Help

Filippos and his wife Maritina are confronted with a harsh reality that breeds tension between them. Filippos, seeing Belou's despair, decides to operate on her brother.

3. Time and Light

Filippos tries to regain the trust of Maritina, who is growing more and more distant as the days pass. Thaleia Mela gets close to Belou Albasha.

4. Gone Missing

Filippos tries to find out what has happened to Burke Albasha and confronts the hospital administrator about the child’s illegal admission into the operating room.

5. Tracing The Thread

Filippos tries to approach Maritina, but she avoids him and decides to channel her grief into her ceramic art.

6. Brutality

Reporters gather outside St. Symeon Hospital to cover the latest story about the kidnapping of Burke Albasha and Galateia Paraschi tries to get them out of the way to keep the scandal from affecting the hospital.

7. Self-destruction

Everyone is devastated by Bellou's murder and Burke's disappearance. Erietta enlists the help of Raphael and Maritina to try and bring Filippos to his senses.

8. The Hurt

Maritina asks Filippos for a divorce. Thaleia is hugely successful after the interview with Filippos and her boss, Tasos Kalavrinos, invites her to dinner.
