The Summit
With a setting like no other amid the picturesque mountains of New Zealand’s South Island, 14 strangers, people from all walks of life, will embark on an unforgettable experience: to try and win $1 million, equally divided between them, as they carry the cash to the top of one of New Zealand’s highest peaks. The contestants will have to work as a team through dangerous, rugged terrain, encounter wild weather and adrenaline-charged obstacles to reach the summit of a distant mountain in 14 days to take home the prize money.
Seasons
Fourteen strangers will embark on an epic adventure unlike anything ever seen. In just 14 days, the group must reach the peak of a distant mountain to cash in a prize pool of $1 million dollars.

1. Episode 1
Jai Courtney sends 14 everyday Australians on the adventure of a lifetime: a pulse pounding trek to the top of a mountain with a million dollars cash stuffed in their backpacks.

2. Episode 2
14 hikers have started the adventure of a lifetime to reach The Summit in 14 days - but they're realising not all of them will make it. One hiker has fallen, and they don't have a million dollars anymore.

3. Episode 3
12 hikers are left on the mountain, and with only 11 days left to get to the summit and claim their cash prize, the group are realising that getting to the top is about a whole lot more than physical endurance.

4. Episode 4
The group have fallen a day behind, and the remaining 10 members have just 7 days left to get to The Summit with $785,000 left in prize money on their backs.

5. Episode 5
Jans' taunting of the Mountain's Keeper propels the hikers into a terrifying run for their lives, bringing relationships, trust and morals, all to a dramatic climax.

6. Episode 6
Sam's betrayal costs the group more than time and money, it leaves them wondering who do they really trust? With the alliances changing, who will be next for the chopping block?

7. Episode 7
Seven become six, as a double-obstacle with a waterfall at its centre splinters the group, but even bigger forces are at play, with a killer twist turning the game on its head.

8. Episode 8
As the final 6 close in on the summit, they'll have to overcome death-defying terrain and make some of the toughest decisions yet if they want to make it to the top.

9. Episode 9
The group is torn between loyalty and strategy as another hiker is voted off the mountain. A massive rocky chasm stands between the final four and the summit.

10. Episode 10
In a brutal final blow, the final trekkers who make it to the top with their dreams of sharing almost half a million dollars are cut short, as the trekkers they cut from the mountain return to decide how the money is shared.

Telecrime
Telecrime was a British drama series that aired on the BBC Television Service from 1938 to 1939 and in 1946. One of the first multi-episode drama series ever made, it is also one of the first television dramas written especially for television not adapted from theatre or radio. Having first aired for 5 episodes from 1938 to 1939, Telecrime returned in 1946, following the resumption of television after World War II, and aired as Telecrimes. A whodunit crime drama, Telecrime showed the viewer enough evidence to solve the crime themselves. Most episodes were written by Mileson Horton. All 17 episodes are lost. Aired live, their preservation was not technically possible at the time.
