Captain Shikha Sharma (Nimrat Kaur) is the only woman in a group of Indian Army officers training to join the Special Forces. She is also the first woman to be undertaking the course making her a "test case" for inducting women into combat oriented roles in the Indian Army. The story line revolves around her journey of overcoming challenges at home to biases by her colleagues despite being an intelligent and a highly motivated individual.

Preparing to be the Indian Army's first female test case in a combat role, Captain Shikha Sharma will do anything to fit into the male-dominated academy. Will she finally be the Indian Army's first ever Female Combat Officer?

1. The Beginning

It's merit vs. bias for Captain Shikha Sharma. How long before she's recognized for her strength rather than her gender?

2. The Outsider

At the obstacles training ground, under Naik Subedar Bhatti’s watch, the officers sweat it out to finish the obstacles task in the given time. Almost everyone expects Capt. Sharma to fail but she is determined to prove otherwise. Meanwhile, in the first week someone is forced to exit the course.

3. The Player

Though accounts of Capt. Sharma’s endurance reaches the Defense Ministry, only ‘Dozakh’ will be the ultimate test. Tensions between Capt. Rathore and Capt. Sharma increase when he is punished for reporting late next morning. But the commando training is not just hard work, the officers get an evening to relax and enjoy. Capt. Sharma gives everyone the slip to go away for a while.

4. Heart of Darkness - Part I

With a past heavily looming over her psyche, Capt. Shikha Sharma endures it all in the Dozakh task. Capt. Siddiqui gets upset when Sharma refuses to discuss her personal life with him. Meanwhile, Col. Ajinkya Sathe pulls a surprise by suddenly changing a decision. Who will be Shikha Sharma’s allies in the final task of Dozakh? One more will bite the dust.

5. Heart of Darkness - Part II

How far can a human body push its limits to prove a statement? Can you really keep quite while going through hell? Now, Dozakh is not just a task to be completed but a real mission to be accomplished. Due to puzzling circumstances, team leader Capt. Shikha Sharma’s leadership skills are questioned by her team member. This is a ticking time bomb.

6. Down But Not Out

The final task may be officially over, but it is the beginning of new struggles for Capt. Shikha Sharma. Leaving SFTC seems like the only option. The officers submit debrief reports about everything that happened during the operation. What will the reports of Team Alpha reveal? Gen. Ramani appoints a trusted officer to investigate.

7. Mind Games

What happened that day? Why did Capt. Siddiqui go home and why is Capt. Shikha Sharma in the hospital? Col. Imtiaz Hussain is here to find some answers, and members of Team Alpha are concerned. He begins by interrogating RMO Capt. Aparna Rao. Is she hiding the truth? Meanwhile, Shikha Sharma submits her debrief report.

8. Prisoners of Conscience

Lt. Col. Imtiaz Hussain approaches Shikha Sharma to find out her version of the events. Shikha Sharma learns a few things that bring some clarity. How long before she finds out the ultimate truth? Meanwhile Capt. Bilal Siddiqui talks to Lt. Col. Imtiaz Hussain.

9. The Confession

Lt. Col Imtiaz Hussain figures out the actual sequence of events of that fateful day. Col. Ajinkya Sathe is outraged after learning the findings of the investigation. Moreover, he finds Shikha Sharma’s decision more shocking. The final two exercises of the course begin. Find out why Shikha Sharma eyes for the 3rd spot and not the 1st.

10. What Goes Around... Comes Around

The remaining officers successfully complete the course and pass out wearing the Maroon Beret. They are now part of the elite of the elite forces. Along with the rescue operation Capt. Shikha Sharma also finishes another very important operation. Will Capt. Shika Sharma create history?
