The program follows the employees of Odyssey Marine Exploration as they search the English Channel for various lost ships. The team is led by company CEO Gregory Stemm and Tom Dettweiler.

Odyssey tries to recover one of the dozens of cannons found at the ``Legend'' site.

The Odyssey team explores a German U-boat and a World War I tanker.

U-boat expert Dr. Axel Niestle uses modern technology to piece together the stories of four U-boats and their final voyages.

The American owner of The Lusitania asks the Odyssey team to do an archaeological survey on the wreck site.

Odyssey discovers a cargo ship on the seabed which may have contained a shipment of rare and valuable wine.

The Odyssey team has their eye on one last wreck before the winter weather makes it impossible to find.

The first season finale finds the crew embroiled in a legal battle Spain, over the cargo of gold and silver coins found on the wreck they call the "Black Swan."
