Victory or Death
Under the regime of Augusto Pinochet in Chile, a group of young people declares war on the dictator. Their leaders are commanders Tamara and Rodrigo. Both leave behind their lives and families to fight against the dictatorship; together, they aim to change Chile and its history.
Seasons
1. This country is about to explode
Cecilia is a sociology professor at the university. After a class, two of her students are kidnapped by agents of the CNI, the political police of Augusto Pinochet's regime. The experience changes her, and she decides to join the armed resistance with the Manuel Rodríguez Patriotic Front. It is there where she meets her commander and companion in the fight: Rodrigo.
2. We still have a homeland, mates
Cecilia is part of a cell of the Manuel Rodríguez Patriotic Front that operates in the port of Valparaíso. The group carries out an action that lands them on the news. Cecilia adopts her combat alias; she will be known as "Tamara." Bareta, the agent of the CNI, investigates the attack carried out by Cecilia's group and discovers a clue that leads him to them.
3. Brothers
Cecilia cannot see her family; she is living in hiding, fleeing from the CNI. Her group, led by Rodrigo, organizes an operation to rescue Salomón. Cecilia and Rodrigo travel together to Buenos Aires, which intensifies their relationship. Cecilia stands out for her work in the operation, and Rodrigo asks her to participate in the main mission of the Patriotic Front.
4. Commander Tamara
The country is agitated; people protest against the dictatorship, but the military responds harshly. Cecilia travels to northern Chile with a new mission and demonstrates her leadership, for which she earns a reward within the Patriotic Front.
5. Are you willing to die?
Cecilia has settled into a house in the mountains to plan the attack. The Front's mission is jeopardized by Bareta's actions, and they must change strategy. Rodrigo and Ignacio recruit their most loyal soldiers to carry out an attack against the tyrant.
6. All or nothing
The guerrillas, led by Cecilia, Ignacio, and Rodrigo, prepare for the attack. The night before the assassination attempt, Rodrigo makes a decision that will affect his relationship with Cecilia.
7. Independent front
Three months have passed since the assassination attempt on Pinochet. The members of the Patriotic Front who participated are scattered and in hiding. Bareta plans a simultaneous attack with the main goal of finding Commanders Tamara and Rodrigo.
8. I'm capable to love
Rodrigo is preparing the National Patriotic War for an attack in the south of the country. Before traveling, Cecilia visits her family, bids farewell to her daughter, confident that she will see her again, and together they will be able to live in a free and just country.
