Viola returns from Paris fashion world to Palermo where tries to find her father. She gets job as a crime reporter and is introduced to inspector Francesco Demir who puts her under investigation for killing a young woman.
2. Episode 2
Viola works with Demir on the case of attempted murder, but finds out that her gift of synaesthesia is not infallible. Tamara encourages Viola to ask for Demir's help with the investigation concerning her missing father.
3. Episode 3
A homicide case inspires Viola to question herself about prejudices and how they affect her perception of Demir. At the same time, she is trying to make her boss Claudia notice and appreciate her work.
4. Episode 4
Viola is invited to dinner by Raniero, a fascinating young man who might know how to find her missing father. The murder of a banker helps her understand something from her past. Meanwhile, Demir finds a mysterious young woman in the port.
5. Episode 5
Demir encourages Farah to open up about her past, while Viola is getting closer to Raniero. The mysterious death of an entrepreneur leads to a start of a difficult investigation.
6. Episode 6
Demir and Viola investigate a hit-and-run case, but there is something about the case that does not make sense. Demir finds out the truth about Farah and decides to take action.
7. Episode 7
Viola's workplace is in an uproar after the arrival of an unexpected guest. Demir and Viola investigate a suspicious death in a restaurant cold room. At the same time, Viola is trying to organize a trip with Raniero.
8. Episode 8
Tamara's father suffers a knife attack, which affects the entire staff of Sicilia Web News. Viola receives a telephone call she did not expect and Demir finds out something shocking about Farah.
9. Episode 9
In the middle of two new investigations, Demir is trying to deal with the guilt he feels over what happened with Farah. Viola makes an important decision regarding her relationship with Raniero.
10. Episode 10
Viola meets Demir's mother and pretends to be his girlfriend in order to discover new information about their investigation, but finds out more about Demir's past. Viola discovers the identity of the man who telephoned her.
11. Episode 11
Viola gets close to a suspect in a murder inquiry, while Demir is once again shocked by the results of his investigation. Claudia opens a profile on a dating app and ends up being unpleasantly surprised.
12. Episode 12
Viola cannot help Demir with his investigations after she starts using medication for her illness. She decides to return to Paris and abandon the search for her father. Unknowingly, she puts herself at risk. Will Demir manage to save her?
