1. Oh Sung-moo Has Disappeared!
Yeon Joo’s professor urgently calls Yeon Joo and asks her to get a spoiler about a popular graphic novel series, W, from her father. He promises that he will give her the opportunity to perform a surgery if she does, so she visits her father.

2. Find Her, the Key to My Life
Sung Moo, who has disappeared for a while, is back. Yeon Joo tries to figure out what has happened to her last night, but Sung Moo doesn’t tell her anything. Meanwhile, Sung Moo starts drawing again to kill Kang Chul.

3. I Am Someone Who Will Do That
Soo Bong starts to believe what Yeon Joo says about getting dragged into the world of W. Yeon joo gets dragged into the graphic novel once again, and Kang Chul takes her to his place. He starts to ask questions about her.

4. What Is This World Where You Live In?
Kang Chul tells Hyun Seok that Yeon Joo is the only one who can reveal the secrets of his life. Meanwhile,Yeon Joo gets arrested because of So Hee. Kang Chul visits Yeon Joo in prison and tells her to answer his question in order to go back.

5. I've Come Here. To Your World.
In the real world, Kang Cheol reads up on W. He visits Yeon-joo at her hospital and kisses her. He then goes to Seong-moo's house, where he learns about his creator's bitter past, which provided the inspiration for his character. Cheol confronts his creator in the flesh, asking the latter to draw his family's killer so he can have a happy ending. When Seong-moo refuses, claiming the murders were just a plot device to make him stronger, Cheol shoots him.

6. The End
Yeon Joo hurriedly heads to Sung Moo’s workroom, but Sung Moo has already been shot by Kang Chul. Kang Chul leaves his last letter to Yeon Joo, and heads to the Han River Bridge to make a proper ending for himself.

7. Chul and Yeon-joo Get Married
Kang Chul wakes up from sleep as if nothing has happened, and Yeon Joo gets arrested in Kang Chul’s world. Yeon Joo tells Kang Chul that they should creat a new sequel on their own. Kang Chul decides to give up on catching the real culprit.

8. The Killer Is After You
Yeon Joo bleeds in Kang Chul’s world, and Chul is worried that she could die. The real culprit is out in the real world and finds Yeon Joo. He tries to shoot her. To fix everything, Kang Chul asks Yeon Joo to draw something.

9. Make It a Happy Ending
Yeon Joo gets dragged into the story again, but Kang Chul doesn’t recognize her anymore. In order to make a logical happy ending, Sung Moo draws the real culprit’s face, and it’s the face that Kang Chul can reasonably accept as the real culprit.

10. The World Controlled by the Killer
Yeon Joo is stuck in the world of W, and Kang Chul is bothered by the way Yeon Joo looks at him. Chul Ho gets in trouble with the appearance of the real culprit, but the culprit tells Chul Ho about what’s going to happen next.

11. What Happens Next?
Yeon Joo comes back to the real world and discovers that Sung Moo has lost his face. She finds out that the story was being drawn by the real culprit. Yeon Joo takes Sung Moo’s tablet and starts drawing again to save Kang Chul.

12. Chul's Second Awakening
As soon as Kang Chul realizes once again that he is the character in a graphic novel, a gate to the real world appears. Kang Chul talks with the real culprit in Sung Moo’s workshop. The real culprit says that Chul will soon cease to exist

13. For the Last Episode of W
A funeral service for Kang Chul is held in the world of W. Kang Chul and Yeon Joo dream of having a happy and ordinary life of a couple in the real world. However, another variable appears and the real culprit escapes and kidnaps Yeon Joo.

14. Secret of the Tablet
Sung Moo gets his face back. He remembers the real culprit’s memories and looks for Yeon Joo, but he soon finds out that Yeon Joo is dead. Meanwhile, Kang Chul falls into Han Chul Ho’s trap while trying to look for the tablet.

15. Which Kind of Ending Will It Be?
Yeon Joo is back in the world of W, and she meets Kang Chul at the courthouse. Meanwhile, Han Chul Ho kidnaps Doh Yoon in order to get ahold of Kang Chul. Yeon Joo and Kang Chul try to decide on the ending of the story.

16. After W Ends
Yeon Joo and Kang Chul escape from their safe house after getting surrounded by the police. Kang Chul goes to Han Chul Ho in order to rescue Doh Yoon. However, Han Chul Ho now knows about the world of W. Will Chul be able to have a happy ending?
