Word of Honor

When rumors of a secret armory that was left behind by Rong Xuan, who was killed by the Five Lakes Alliance and other heroes 20 years ago in Mount Qingya, start to resurface through a nursery rhyme, the balance of the martial world starts to shift as people begin their hunt for the treasure.

Wen Ke Xing apologizes for his maid's actions to Zhou Zi Shu. But, he recognizes his martial arts technique as one from the Four Seasons Manor, and suspecting his true identity, decides to follow him. Zhang Cheng Ling offers his name card to Zi Shu as he considers him a new found friend and would like to help him.

Wen Ke Xing asks Zhou Xue if he really wanted to get into something he had no idea about by accepting Zhang Cheng Ling. Zhou Xue guesses that the return of Ghost Valley and the sect's massacre meant that they were after something.

Zhang Cheng Ling, Zhou Xue and Wen Ke Xing are surrounded by the beggar gang, who asks Cheng Ling to follow them to the Five Alliance. Zhou Xue fights them off and takes Cheng Ling away.

Ao Lai Zi and Shen Shen have a battle of words where he informs him that the third brother, Lu Tai Chong of Danyang Sect of the Five Lakes Alliance had himself personally entrusted his remaining disciples to him.

Zhou Xu fends off the attackers, and Wen Ke Xing wakes up in time to kill the rest of them. He also murders the man controlling the drug men, obtaining the soul winding box, a treasure of the Hanging Ghost from him.

Tragicomic ghost, who maintains the list of unfaithful, captures Mu Yun Ge of Broken Sword Manor and holds a wedding between him and the memorial tablet of the girl he had deceived.

Gao Chong is enraged when Cheng Ling refuses to say anything about the Glazed Armor. Zhou Xu helps Cao Wei Ning pay for his meal as his purse as well as Lao Wen's had been stolen by Fang Bu Zhi.

Fang Bu Zhi's body is brought to Yueyang Sect. Zhou Xue recognises the weapon that caused his death as one from the Window of Heaven. Both of them take their leave, but Lao Wen promises that he'd certainly be present for the Heroes Conference.

Zhou Xue visits Wen Ke Xing, who was trying to dig a grave for the Four Sages of Anji. He asks him whether he was satisfied with the result of his actions that lead to the death of people who were not bad.

Tragicomic Ghost reprimands Wen Ke Xing for his madness, but Beauty Ghost understands his intentions. He asks her about her past encounter with the Qin Huai Zhang, Master of the Four Seasons Manor prior to giving her a new task.

Wen Ke Xing asks Zhou Xu why he had accepted Cheng Ling as his disciple to which he responds that his master had taught him to be brave and take paths no one had taken and trust people who are hard to get to know. He chooses Lao Wen as the one he was willing to trust.

Cao Wei Ning expresses his interest in pursuing Gu Xiang. He tells her the importance of a having a soulmate. Back at Luo Mansion, the abode of Tragicomic Ghost, Qian Qiao, the Beauty Ghost sets off to accomplish the task given to her by the Chief. She disguises as Yu Feng, leader of Mount Hua Sect and visits the Beggar Gang, where she supplies Elder Huang with information to drive a deeper wedge between themselves and the Five Lakes Alliance.

Zhou Xu reveals his wounds to both Lao Wen and Ye Bai Yi. Bai Yi suggests taking away his martial arts and then removing the nails as it would help and keep him alive for ten years. Ah' Xu disagrees. Lao Wen tries to convince him to choose the path to no avail. He recalls all his past his choices that had lead him to the moment where he was too late to save him.

Gu Xiang attempts to trick Xiao Lian into getting frozen by a special nail to switch her for Tragicomic Ghost, but is interrupted by Cao Wei Ning's arrival. At the Five Lakes Alliance monument, Ah' Xu spies Pretty Arhat from the Scorpion assassin organization. He finds Lao Wen and they observe the discussion together.

Gao Chong realizes that he was trapped. Shen Shen refuses to back down and challenges the other sects into a fight. The Gentle Wind Sword Sect leaves the arena, despite being one of Gao Chong's trusted friends. Zhou Xu rescues Cheng Ling and Lao Wen joins in to help him. The Five Lakes Alliance Monument is destroyed by the beggar sect disciples.

Gu Xiang treats Cao Wei Ning at Mount Hua sect. He tells her about his bad dreams in which he was unable to save her. Zhao Jing actively starts to work openly with the Scorpions, killing everyone who dared to slander him. He concludes that Gao Chong had cleverly planned to destroy the armor to end the war for the sake of the Jianghu while the actual shards are safely hidden.

Long Xiao is carried in a basket by Cheng Ling while Ye Bai Yi, Ah' Xu and Lao Wen travel by foot. Their journey to Longyuan Cabinet goes awry as Lao Wen accidentally triggers a trap on the bridge. Ah' Xu and he manage to save Cheng Ling, but are thrown into a cave with drug men created by Long Xiao.

Ye Bai Yi presses Long Que to reveal the secret of the armory as he was Rong Xuan's master. He had run away from Mount Changming after Ye Bai Yi had stopped him from practising the Six Combined Cultivation technique, which he deemed to be dangerous. Back at Yueyang sect, a gloating Zhao Jing speaks with the tablets of everyone who had passed away.

Long Que gives the location of a map of Longyuan Cabinet and the armory to Zi Shu, asking him to hand over the latter to Ye Bai Yi. He also informs that he had written two books regarding the mechanical inventions he had created. Zhang Cheng Ling takes over the task of continuing Longyuan Cabinet and Four Seasons Manor's legacy.

The Scorpion King orders the Ghost Valley to annihilate the Fairy Ray Sect. The ghosts are hesitant to commit the crime as the sect had never done anything to them, but they are threatened into doing it. Happy Ghost and Lovelace starts seeing through Zhao Jing's true intentions, realizing that he is no different from their crazed leader Wen Ke Xing, who had skinned the previous Valley Chief alive to claim his place as the leader of the Ghost Valley.

Ah' Xu, Lao Wen, Gu Xiang, Cheng Ling and Cao travel together. They are however attacked by the Scorpions. Shen Shen, who was still on the search for Gao Xiao Lian encounters Lao Wen and Ah' Xu. They fight off the attackers together.

Shen Shen, before departing, requests Cheng Ling to always take care of Gao Xiao Lian even if he doesn't marry her, to which he agrees. Ah'Xu enquires about Lao Wen's past to Gu Xiang, but decides to let the matter rest. Lao Wen has dreams recalling his entry to the Ghost Valley.

Ah'Xu, Lao Wen and Cheng Ling reach the now dilapidated Four Seasons Manor. Gu Xiang who was on her way to Gentle Wind Sword Sect along with Cao Wei Ning, sees a disciple of the Yueyang sect being attacked for supporting his deceased leader Gao Chong.

Ah' Xu and Lao Wen have a talk over wine where they share their memories. Ah' Xu decides to stay at Four Seasons Manor forever with Cheng Ling until Ye Bai Yi returns, welcoming Lao Wen to come over anytime. Gu Xiang and Cao Wei Ning sees Gao Xiao Lian being taken away by Tao Hong and Lv Liu in disguise.

Lao Wen wakes up after having a strange dream. At the Scorpions lair, the Black Grim Reaper openly asks Scorpion King what he had planned to do as their identities were out in the world. He brushes off their concerns and Changing ghost and the others decide to leave, accusing Zhao Jing of using lowly tricks to corner them.

Ye Bai Yi arrives late at night to the Four Seasons Manor, but he is intercepted by Zhou Zi Shu on his way. Bai Yi reveals the true identity of Wen Ke Xing as the Chief of the Ghost Valley. Ah' Xu tells him that he was aware of the fact, even if it was not for long.

In the North, a severely wounded Han Ying, commander of the Window of Heaven, informs Prince Jin that his team had been attacked by the Scorpions, leaving everyone with him dead. Duan Peng Ju meets Zhao Jing to discuss about the whereabouts of the Glazed Armor, obtaining his favor for Prince Jin.

Lao Wen uses his internal force to keep Han Ying alive, guilty and remorseful that he had been the one who duplicated the armor that indirectly lead to this. Ah' Xu fails to bring back Bei Yuan and Wu Xi. The Window of Heaven attacks the Four Seasons Manor.

Xie' er awaits Gentle Wind Sword Sect leader Mo Huai Yang's return. Back in the sect's mountains, Gu Xiang tells Cao Wei Ning about Wen Ke Xing and her past after he expresses his sincere feeling for her. Da Wu cures Lao Wen who wakes up after several days and learns about Ah' Xu's capture.

The Scorpion King seemingly captures Gu Xiang and Cao Wei Ning. Mo Huai Yang, the leader of Gentle Wind Sword Sect confesses to working with Zhao Jing, but has his own motives for doing it. Ah' Xu is rescued by his juniors from the Window of Heaven and Lao Wen brings the Ghost Valley to attack Duan Peng Ju.

Ah' Xu learns that Cheng Ling had come to know about Lao Wen. He attempts to reach Lao Wen to warn him, but instead over hears about the Chief of the Ghost Valley being cornered by the Five Lakes Alliance.

Xi'er lets Qian Qiao free, giving her the antidote to the Slave Voodoo venom and asking her to escape with Yu Qiu Feng. At the Heroes Conference, Zhao Jing and the rest discuss about who has to lead the Siege of Ghost Valley.

Ye Bai Yi instructs Lao Wen to close down Ghost Valley forever and the crowd disperses peacefully. The victors have drinks where Lao Wen reveals how he had managed to convince everyone around him to get along with the plan. Zhou Zi Shu is happy for him, but in pain that he only had a few more days left to survive.

Cao Wei Ning begs his master Mo Huai Yang to let him marry Gu Xiang, persistent that she was good. Huai Yang seemingly agrees, but snaps Cao Wei Ning's neck, killing him. He orders his disciples to murder the rest of the Ghost Valley. The Scorpion assassins watch the battle of Mount Qingya from afar.

Bei Yuan tells Ah' Xu that Prince Jin was not after the armory, but after a secret left by his tribe about a place which would help the country's occupants thrive well for a long time. The secret place was rumored to have a key belonging to six people with different surnames. Ah' Xu's father had tried to find its location along with his friend, Qin Huai Zhang.
