1. Youn's Stay is Open for Business
Youn's Stay is an old hanok guesthouse where foreigners who are new to the country can come and experience Korean culture. With Yuh-jung as the boss of the guesthouse, Head Chef Yu-mi, Manager Seo-joon, Vice President Seo-jin, and Intern Woo-shik get everything ready to greet their first guests.

2. The First Guests Arrive
Youn Stay opens for its first day of business and greets 14 guests. The Kitchen Team gets busy preparing a course meal for dinner while the Serving Team runs around setting tables, taking orders, introducing the food, and doing the actual serving. The guests enjoy a taste of royal cuisine and each wrap up the night in their own way.

3. The First Guests Check Out
Youn Stay’s first guests enjoy their night and come back down to the dining halls for breakfast. As the guests prepare to check out, they make as many memories as they can. Meanwhile, the staff enjoys a break before they greet their next guests. Things seem to be going much more smoothly than the first night, but will it continue to be smooth sailing? Stay tuned to find out!

4. The Second Group of Guests
Youn Stay’s second group of guests get the royal treatment since there aren’t as many people as the day before. They get free food and enjoy some quality bonding time together in the lounge. However, when the staff thinks everything is going well, a phone call to the management building alerts them of an unexpected situation.

5. Bustling With Guests
Youn Stay’s third day of business begins. The guests start to come in droves, and the hall is in a bit of a frenzy. Despite a large number of guests, the staff makes their preparations for dinner. Meanwhile, Chef Yu Mi launches a new menu, and Seo Jin gets ready to serve his pear sherbet for dessert. How will the guests react to the new menu items?

6. Over to the Winter Season
The team wraps up the fall season and says goodbye to the guests. After a short break, they prepare for the new season and start practicing new menus. Although things don’t go as planned, they receive a pleasant and surprising gift from one of the previous guests.

7. Full House
Because of the guests that rush in at once, the management team gets flustered. The new dessert menu VP is in charge of gives him a hard time as well. After failing the new dishes last week, the kitchen team puts a lot of work into making up for the mistakes. Will they succeed in making the new dishes for the new season?

8. The First Day of Winter Season
As the first day of winter season comes to an end, Seo Jin prepares injeolmi waffles as the dessert. While he struggles to get the right temperature and cooking time for the waffles, all the guests enjoy the new dishes. Next morning, Chef Jung and the sous-chef wake up early for the new breakfast menu, red bean porridge and tteokguk.

9. Customers with Allergies
The staff take a short break and restore their energy. They pull themselves together as they have to pay a lot of attention to the next batch of customers. Customers with allergies and dietary restrictions visit Youn Stay on Day 2. It panics the kitchen staff as they have to revise the recipes at the last minute. Enjoy the colorful vegetarian dishes with your eyes!

10. A Lifetime Experience
The staff members serve the dinner successfully despite the complicated dietary restrictions. After the guests are served, the staff members have their late-night meals. Yuh Jung is surprised how great the ramyeon Seo Jun made for her is, and they suddenly start doing a quiz.

11. The Last Batch of Guests
The last batch of guests arrive at Youn Stay. Seo Jin helps out Woo Shik pick up the guests, so CEO Youn goes to explain things for the guests that arrived early. While she has a pleasant conversation with the guests, the kitchen staff prepare for dinner. They are so experienced now that everything goes smoothly as if it’s a secret operation.

12. The Last Day of Youn Stay
As it’s the last day, the staff give out plenty of food with even more love and care. They finished serving the guests perfectly with the greatest teamwork since Youn Stay opened. For breakfast, they serve chestnut milk porridge and dumpling soup with pineapple and golden kiwi juice. Before they leave, the guests leave heartfelt letters to the staff once again.
