Zindaginama
An Anthology series that highlights the stigmas around mental health and mental illness in India. According to the latest World Health Organization report on depression, almost 7.5% of Indians suffer from major or minor mental disorders that require expert intervention. The brainchild of Dr. Neerja Birla, Zindaginama strives towards creating an environment where mental health dialogue is encouraged. It's okay not to be okay. Six different stories from six creators with a common theme - to encourage us to be sensitive to our environment and peers and to show openness to acknowledging mental health struggles in our lives.

1. One Plus One
Set in two timelines, 'One Plus One' follows the story of twin sisters Maya and Mira through key moments in their life. The bond between them strains and frays under the weight of Mira’s eating disorder, and one fateful night when it all comes to a breaking point. Will the sisters find a way through together?
2. Swagatam
The episode explores the lives of a young married couple living in a small-town in Maharashtra. The husband, diagnosed with schizophrenia, is keen to attend his friend's wedding. Swagatam portrays what it’s like for an individual to actually live with schizophrenia, without primarily focusing on traditional media stereotypes of violent episodes.
3. Bhanwar
Vaidehi, a mother of three in rural Bihar, and Namrata, a newlywed in the bustling city of Kolkata, confront identical fears and deep-rooted anxieties. Grappling with the heavy weight of societal stigmas and personal traumas, each must find a way to heal before their lives spiral out of control beyond repair.
4. Caged
Set in the coastal village of Bhaatgaon, Raju, a high school student with undiagnosed psychological issues, embarks on a transformative journey as he embraces his true identity and experiences the challenges and triumphs of his transition. As the people around him fail to understand him, Raju finally gets support when Keith, a land owner who lives in the city, arrives in Bhaatgaon.
5. Purple Duniya
30-year-old Raag battles keeping up with professional and personal commitments as his life is controlled by a fictitious Purple World. To his family and friends in Delhi, Raag is a victim of bad timing - a broken relationship and failing career prospects, but will they find out the real reason behind his behaviour?
