Juan Carlos Barreto (Monterrey, Nuevo León; March 11, 1957) is a Mexican film, theater and television actor who has stood out for his performances in the soap opera "Para Volver a Amar" and the Film "Fausto" by José Julián Vázquez, which was awarded best film at one of the oldest festivals in the United States, the BFF.

Para Volver a Amar is a Televisa telenovela that aired on the Canal de las Estrellas channel in Mexico from July 12, 2010 to January 30, 2011. The Mexican version however is taken from the original Colombian soap opera series "El Último Matrimonio Feliz".
