Behzat Ç.: An Ankara Policeman
Centered around a personally troubled, officially discredited police chief and his inharmonious police team in Ankara Police Force. Even though the show usually focuses on murders and other crimes that happens on a weekly basis, the undertone of the story leads to an eventual duel between Behzat Ç. and the rotten department officials and bureaucrats.
Seasons
Behzat's problems with his ex-wife cause him to lose interest in his daughter. After a while, his daughter commits suicide. Behzat is negatively affected by this event. Throughout the first season, Behzat Ç. and his team, while establishing relationships with people who may be related to the death of Behzat's daughter, also deal with the solution of different murders in each episode.

A young woman falls from a bar's upstairs terrace and a suicide note is found, but a pregnancy test and links to a political group suggest foul play.

2. Pilot 2
Behzat runs into an old flame in a psych ward. A child's body found with both kidneys removed prompts suspicions of criminal organ trafficking.

3. Episode 3
When an ex-con who killed a woman in a robbery is murdered shortly after his release, Behzat suspects a former cop did it to avenge his wife's death.

The stabbing deaths of a fencing teacher and his elderly neighbor cast suspicion on an alleged gold digger, an estranged wife, her lover and others.

A financial adviser is killed in a parking garage getting in a car he bought for his son's birthday. Was the car's previous owner the intended target?

After receiving an insistent warning from a fan, a rising nightclub singer is strangled while sleeping over at friend Gönül's home.

When a young woman is found raped and murdered in her home, the police try to work out why the killer left out-of-circulation banknotes on her body.

When the police question a young woman who reported her identical twin sister's murder, they discover a world of difference between the two siblings.

A soccer star is found cuffed to a bed and killed by a blow to the chest, casting suspicion on his jealous girlfriend, his shady manager and others.

When an ad agency owner is found murdered in her hotel room, suspects include her angry ex-husband and a model she fired over a fashion show mishap.

The murder of a professor who had been working on the problems of minorities in Turkey was interpreted as politically motivated.

When Feride surprisingly goes to the police to confess everything, Behzat and his men fear that their role in the incident will be exposed.

While investigating the murder of a toy store owner, a second murder leads Behzat and his team to an old case that connects these two victims.

Ercüment comes to Ankara to discuss his deal with the undersecretary and a murder takes place immediately afterwards. Behzat tries to prove that Ercüment is the murderer.

Feride testifies in court. Behzat's pursuit of Ercüment leads him and his team from the streets of Ankara to Istanbul.

When a man dying of arsenic poisoning asks for his killer to be found, Behzat and his team begin to investigate a murder that has not yet happened.

When his dead daughter's ex-boyfriend is released from prison, Behzat, who wants to learn more about the last days of Berna's life, interrogates him.

When cocaine packets are found on a man who is shot dead, drugs are thought to be the motive. As the investigation progresses, the real motive is revealed.

After the death of a drummer who seems to have committed suicide by switching on the gas cooker, his boyfriend also commits suicide. Behzat thinks that both cases are murders.

Behzat and his team investigate the death of a meatball seller who was thrown off a bridge. Şule encounters difficulties while tutoring Behzat's nephew.

27. Episode 27
The homicide team takes on a rare case that does not yet involve murder. A caller to a local radio programme has kidnapped the presenter's daughter and says he will kill the child.

Investigating the case of a boxer found stabbed to death, Behzat and his team enter the dark world of illegal fight matches.

The garbage men find the body of a young woman in the rubbish heap. Her tattoos push Behzat and his team to investigate the possibility of a satanic cult.

After the murder of a retired colonel, disguised as suicide, Behzat calls a journalist who interviewed the victim for an article to be published soon.

The body of a failed political candidate is found riddled with bullets. Was his death caused by his factional politics? Or his abuse of women?

A personal development expert is found drowned after giving a seminar. The mysterious bag, which he was seen to carry with him in the seminar videos, is now missing.

Behzat investigates the murder of a symposium speaker at the hotel where he stayed during his holiday getaway and is shocked when he receives the ballistics report.

The number of suspects in the murder of a property developer who had four unhappy marriages and had recently dismissed his brother-in-law is very high.

35. Episode 35
The murder of the mother and her two young children leads Behzat's team to the woman's husband, relatives who disapprove of the marriage, and a missing psychic.

36. Episode 36
The homicide squad investigates the murder of the cabin supervisor responsible for the dismissal of his colleague and the removal of a passenger from the aircraft.

37. Episode 37
When Ercüment calls Behzat to take responsibility for three new murders, the homicide team and a special team cooperate to organise an operation.

38. Episode 38
The team tries to hide the news about Eda and Selim from Harun on his special day. Behzat learns why Ercüment wants revenge and who killed Berna.
