At a dysfunctional hospital in Paris, three bumbling, eccentric medical employees embark on zany misadventures with surgical imprecision.

1. The Birthday
Aymé gets into Béa's bed so he doesn't have to sleep alone. Sabri mistakenly uses stamps from Strauss's collection. Clara takes it out on Sabri.

2. Pretty Ugly
Aymé decides to win over the friend of a patient. Sabri's intern has bad breath. Jamel despairs of getting back the money he loaned to Béa.

3. The Manuscript
Aymé does everything to avoid donating blood during a major national campaign. Rémi finds an old friend. Jamel receives a surprising proposal.

4. The Best Friend
Sabri and Aymé haven't been getting along since a "new friend" arrived at the hospital. Ignoring orders, Jamel deserts his post to meet his idol.

5. The Pregnancy
Béa is convinced that she's pregnant and everyone thinks that Aymé is the father. Clara looks into the disappearance of Strauss's cast collection.

6. No Clowning Around
A vexed Sabri leads a veritable crusade. Aymé moves into a new building. Jamel focuses on a poetry contest.

7. Couples Therapy
The hospital psychologist suspects Clara and Jamel have a sadomasochistic relationship. Sabri plays a dealer. Béa fantasizes about an author.

8. The Mother-in-Law
Clara's mother falls in love with Aymé. Sabri has a new girlfriend and decides to go on a diet. Jamel gets involved in unionization with Béa's help.

9. The Promise
Aymé rejects the advances of a new employee, and is then accused of assaulting her. Strauss asks Clara for advice on solving his marital problems.

10. It's a Dog's Life
Jamel decides to keep his dog near him, so he doesn't run away. Sabri is going through an existential crisis. Strauss shares his grief with Clara.

11. The Lie
Jamel asks Aymé to help him seduce a student nurse. Sabri has to train an intern. Clara, whose home has been flooded, moves in with Béa.

12. The Red Vial
When he loses the manuscript a depressed patient entrusted to him, Aymé writes another, helped by his colleagues. Jamel tries to cheer up Sabri.

13. The Actress
A new boss sows discord in the hospital. Clara brown-noses, but Jamel, Sabri and Aymé will do anything to get rid of the tyrant. Béa has a crush.

14. Doctor Dictator
Sabri offers to help a famous patient. Clara tries to find out if her departure would upset her colleagues. Aymé and Jamel receive a surprising gift.

15. The Hero
Aymé witnesses an assault and gives himself a black eye while fleeing. Jamel and Sabri imagine he helped the victim, who then arrives at the hospital.

16. Cold Snap
Clara and Aymé are trapped in the morgue. Jamel and Sabri organize an expired pizza trafficking ring.

17. A Family Affair
Jamel and Sabri make a bet to win coveted items. Strauss's brother arrives at the hospital. Sabri tries to cheer up a brokenhearted Clara.

18. The Husband
Aymé is having an affair with a married woman and sees her husband at the hospital. Béa is told her grandmother has died. Sabri starts smoking.

19. The Rabbit
Aymé and Jamel stand up to Béa and Clara. Pierre Palmade is admitted, to Sabri's delight. Clara teaches Jamel how to fill out admission forms.

20. Same Difference
No one reacts when a dwarf intern arrives. Jamel suggests Sabri should take drugs. Clara's new boyfriend is mistaken for Aymé.
