Hotel pod żyrafą i nosorożcem
After graduating, Ania and Roman Miłobędzcy moved to the Beskid Mountains to fulfill their youthful dreams. It was here that their children were born. After a dozen or so years of farming in the Beskid meadows, they were close to bankruptcy. They took advantage of a proposal from businessman Bury and traded their Beskid farm for a villa in a town near Warsaw. Their children, Ola, Janek, and Zuza, were deeply affected by the move. The family's hopes were mixed with sadness. The parents' plan proved a disaster. Instead of a villa, they found a dilapidated wooden house, inhabited, moreover, by the quirky and eccentric Franciszek Alba. It quickly became clear that the Miłobędzcy family had fallen victim to a fraud.

1. To Warsaw
2. Funio
Roman travels to Warsaw to meet with a lawyer. The children are tidying up the garden. A man leaves them a pet in a covered cage. Zuza inadvertently lets the mysterious furry creature out. Roman returns from the city in a foul mood. It turns out the contract they signed with businessman Bury cannot be challenged. Worse still, Roman didn't get the promised job at the university. A serious discussion about the family's future is interrupted by a terrible stench filling the entire house. The Miłobędzka family is forced to camp out in the yard overnight. In the morning, the mystery of the stench is solved. Anna manages to catch the tame polecat.
3. Olaf, Blondie and Mouse
More customers are coming to the Miłobędzkis' home. They're encouraged by an old sign the children used to patch a hole in the fence. Secretly from their parents, they take in a dog for safekeeping. Anna and Roman, too, can't say no to those in need, and secretly take in more animals, both from their children and from each other. The incident seems to have happened by accident and ends in a huge uproar. When the excitement subsides, the Miłobędzkis realize that caring for animals is a lucrative business. Since Roman still can't find work, the family considers running a pet hotel.
4. Biszkopt
Even though they still need all the permits, the pet hotel is opening. Unfortunately, the customers aren't coming in right away. Since Abla has taken a little monkey, Biszkopt, from a friend to care for, the children come up with the idea of using the exotic animal as a publicity stunt in the neighborhood. That same day, Anna and Roman go to a party at their neighbors' house. They hope to break down their mistrust and convince them to run a hotel. Everything is going well until Biszkopt, who had escaped from Zuza's carelessness, also shows up at the garden party. The sensation turns into a huge commotion when it turns out Biszkopt has a passion for women's jewelry...
5. Smutni
The Miłobędzki family is visited by a pair of sanitary inspectors, the Smutny couple. They want to investigate the legality of the hotel's operation. The Miłobędzki family suspects Bury of sending the inspectors. The inspection mobilizes the entire family. The Miłobędzki family decides to quickly repair all the defects. While the family gets to work, Zuza adopts a wandering, very neglected Yorkie. Upon a return visit, the inspectors stumble upon the dog and immediately recognize it as their beloved missing dog. This, of course, changes their attitude toward the inspected owners. Despite the defects, they issue a conditional permit for the hotel to operate. The Miłobędzki family finally reopens.
6. Terrarist
A client arrives at the hotel with a group of his pets—several dozen of the world's most venomous creatures. For safety's sake, every evening, they must check to make sure everyone is in their terrariums. On the very first night, it becomes clear that their numbers don't add up... At the height of the search, Bury visits the house. Posing as a friend, he wants to swap the house again. Ola immediately exposes his ruse. It turns out that none of the Miłobędzki family wants to return to the mountains.
7. Male cats
The day before Anna's name day, unusual guests arrive at the hotel: a tigress and her cub. A Vietnamese businessman leaves them for just a few hours. Unfortunately, the tigers' owner doesn't return, and Ola notices that the cats are feeling increasingly unwell.
8. George
An ecstatic lady arrives at the hotel with her pampered poodle—a record-breaking medalist at dog shows. She explains in detail how to care for George and orders the other animals to be separated from him.
9. Bratek
The Miłobędzki children learn that Siemion wants to sell the horse for slaughter. They decide to convince their parents to buy the blind Bratek. Their parents disagree, citing a lack of space and financial resources.
10. Falco
Alba takes a bird named "Falco" into her care from a falconer friend. The falcon used to work at an airport and is now retired. Unfortunately, the bird is nothing but trouble. The falcon only eats its own prey. Janek persuades Alba to let the predator hunt. Despite her lack of experience and the necessary permits, Alba releases the falcon into the open. The bird of prey quickly regains its appetite and strength. Unfortunately, Alba himself experiences health problems and is hospitalized. Secretly from his family, Janek begins caring for the falcon.
11. Pearl
Neighborhood children sell Zuzia an abandoned she-camel. It's actually an animal left behind by a film crew. The she-camel is aggressive and causes nothing but trouble. Grandpa Franciszek, an old Mongolian expert, tries to solve the problem.
12. Beauty contest
The children observe with sadness how the village mutts are treated in the area. They decide to organize an educational campaign and a competition for the most well-groomed mutt. Despite the great prizes and numerous sponsors, only one contestant, Siemion, and his dog, enters. The Miłobędzki children are deeply disappointed. Fortunately, a new idea for using the prizes comes up. The children announce a competition for the most beautiful kennel. This time, it's a bull's-eye. In the finale, the main prizes are awarded to the estranged owners of the two dog friends: Siemion and his dog, and Reza, the wolfdog's trainer. The dogs seize the opportunity and escape together.
13. School
The day of school's opening approaches. First-grader Zuza's enthusiasm irritates Janek. The boy is experiencing symptoms of school-related anxiety, doing everything he can to avoid attending the school ceremony. While he's lying feverishly in his room, the owner of a sick German Shepherd arrives at the hotel. He's a famous rock star and, as it turns out, a school friend Romek hasn't seen in years.
